For Through The Spirit He Offered Himself Without Blemish To God
13 For if the blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling the ones having been defiled sanctifies for the cleansing of the flesh, 14 by how much more will the blood of Christ, Who through theeternal Spirit[w] offered Himself without-blemish to God, cleanse our conscience from dead works so that we may worship[x] the living God!
Thus Christ Mediates a New Covenant Inaugurated By His Own Blood
15 And for this reason He is the mediator of a new covenant, so that the ones having been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance— a death having taken-place for the redemption from the transgressions committed under[y] the first covenant. 16 For where there is a will[z], it is a necessity that thedeath of the one having made-the-will be brought-forth. 17 For a will over dead ones is firm, since it does not ever have [legal] power when the one having made-the-will is living. 18 Hence, not even the first covenant has been inaugurated[aa] without blood. 19 For every commandment having been spoken to all the people by Moses according-to[ab] the Law— having taken the blood of the calves and the goats along with water and scarlet wool and hyssop, he sprinkled both the book itself and all the people, 20 saying “This isthe blood of the covenant which God commanded to you” [Ex 24:8]. 21 And he likewise sprinkled with the blood both the tabernacle and all the objects of the ministry. 22 Indeed according-to[ac] the Law almost everything is cleansed[ad] with blood, and forgiveness does not take-place[ae] apart-from blood-shedding[af]. 23 Therefore it was a necessity that the copies[ag] of the things in the heavens be cleansed with these[ah]things— but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.
He Entered The Heavenly Temple
24 For Christ did not enter into the Holies made-by-human-hands— copies of the true things— but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us.
He Offered Himself Once For All As a Sacrifice To Set Aside Sin
25 Nor did He enter in order that He might offer Himself often— as indeed the high priest enters into the Holies yearly with the blood belonging-to-another— 26 otherwise He would had-to-have suffered often since the foundation of the world. But now He has appeared once-for-all at the conclusion[ai] of the ages for the setting-aside of sin by the sacrifice[aj] of Himself.
He Will Appear To Us a Second Time For Salvation
27 And just as it is destined for people to die once and after this comes the judgment, 28 so also[ak] Christ, having been offered once so as to bear[al] the sins of many, will appear for a second time without reference to sin to the ones eagerly-awaiting Him, for salvation.

I like that version.
This is important to reiterate.

Too often we encounter a doctrinal teaching that imparts we are still under the law. It is simply couched in a different descriptive than that so as to impart the same falsity.

There's a school of thought apparently that needs to be under threat as they worship the one God. Obey and stay saved. Fear and stay saved. Which translates to , work to find yourself approved and stay saved.
That's Jewish teachings not the work of Christ on the cross. Or, it is simply that which isn't actually informed by the Holy Spirit and hopes to interject conflict by arguing against what are the words of God's Holy Spirit.
Salvation is a free gift paid for by Christ's atoning blood on the cross. All that came to pass so that those for whom God's covenant would deliver them because it resonates with that emptiness they feel while living in this world. All those verses that tell us God knew us first. Jesus' sheep know his voice, which is his true teaching, and follow him. And he, Jesus, will never remove us from his hand. From his covenant. It's all symbolism as it was when he taught in parables ministering among his disciples and the people who flocked to hear the Messiah they'd been promised for generations tell them he was here.

Jesus did the work on the cross so that we didn't have to carrying our own cross. He told us to take up our cross and follow him. But our burden is light and does not require bloodshed. Just faith.

Those who know, know. Those who don't labor to understand or lead those who are in the fold into the pack of wolves outside the gate.
We know them by their snarls at the truth. They're lost. It's why evil kills Christians overseas. Threatens them with torture or death if they don't convert to Satan's teaching. Satan hated Jesus' presence when he was on earth. He hates the flock that follow him in spirit now. Because he knows his fate and he too is howling while he can. And he has followers too.

I think the scriptures that talk about fearing God lead to the conclusion that is the proper manner of worship and praise. But do we love those we're afraid of. Or who make us afraid?
The translation is taken to the word as we comprehend fear but it is suppose to refer to honor, respect, reverence, and deference to God's will and authority.

There are a lot of doctrines out now that attempt to write a new Christ teaching. Were the apostles to take a peek at this century and be introduced to those I dare think they'd not recognize the way of the master they knew personally. And those that follow those strange teachings do so at the peril of their eternal soul.
I hope God reaches them before it is eternally too late.
