I like a nice glaze for a ham.Pineapple is nice.I am a real snob when it comes to ham.I don't like a strong smoke favor.I like a ham with the bone in.

I prefer the bone in the hams also, it is very rare if I buy one without the bone.

Pork chops bone-in.I like anything pork.I would make a horrible Jew.

Steak, now you are talking I love the stuff, as we speak I am eating Salisbury Steak which is not my favorite, T Bone is. And as for Pork Chops, boned or not boned works for me.

When the kids were very young about once a week or 2 we would have steak.. the baby ate from my plate..
John would have a porterhouse i took the second one and gave Jr the little filet i had the new york side... one day He asks his dad When can i have a real steak.. we told him you do!... he was not buying that ... we are sorta laughing at this 3 year old... finally he says NO one with a bone in it...
