I've always loved...

Thru the Bible Radio (J. Vernon McGhee)
Insight for Living (Chuck Swindoll)
Grace to You (John MacArthur)
In Touch (Charles Stanley)

well....
Calvary chapel has a nice selection of programs...
on CSN

don't get much else in my area.. although JV Mcgee is good when I
can get it. :)

Zjam Youth Ministries they do Zjam on saturday nights and I also live Dawson MaCalister Live.. DMlive it's a talk radio show for teens they have an adult show now called into the night live also.

Insight for living has always been my favourite program. Chuck Swindoll I think is truly a man of God, and I find him most uplifting. another minstry I like is back to the bible with Woodrow Kroll.

Politics & religion

I like Politics & Religion, even though they are not pre-trib like me.
I can hear the broadcasts at their web site:www.endtime.com

They are up on the times.

Peace be with you all,in Jesus,amen. :B-fly:

I find I listen to these programs most often:

(Renewing Your Mind) R.C. Sproul
(Truths That Transform) D. James Kennedy
(The Bible Answer Man) Hank Hanegraaff
(The Al Mohler Program) Al Mohler

The Albert Mohler Program (formerly "Truth on the Line"), especially when Russ Moore sits in
Truth for Life (Alistair Begg)
The Bible Answer Man (Hank Hanegraaff) when he takes calls

On occasion, I've caught Richard Land on the radio, and he's pretty good, too.

I listen to and watch mostly everything, from Heavy high roller worshipers to the easy going Dr. James Kennedy. If they praise and worship God I'll listen. It doesn't matter to me. Even the Word of Faith ministers have something good to relay, although I am at odds with the emphasis on materialism. I know God wants us all to prosper and be wealthy, but sometimes the motives behind some of those ministers doesn't seem , excuse the term; "Kosher". But there is value in most of what they preach. And... even though some of the Baptists yell too much, once ya get past that, they too have valuable messages of the gospel to teach also. So it's all a matter of knowing the word for yourself, knowing how to discern the spirit, and then, that way, it is easy to enjoy and appreciate the variety in the body of Christ. I have even gotten to the point in which I can even listen to country gospel music. At one point, previous to my growing closer to the Lord, certain kinds of ministries and gospel music used to aggitate me. But the more close I grow to the Lord, the less aggitated I am by the different styles of worship and praise. And believe me, when one of those preachers flubs up in preaching the word, it sticks out like a sore thumb :robot: Dare I throw tomatoes at my radio, television or computer orCD or tape player? :biggrin

geez, all those mediums from which to listen  pretty soon it will be considered everyday normal to be listening via.... wrist band or micro chip. If that is not already happening :-? It's too difficult to keep up with the technology. I just threw out an old 8track player! :biggrin

Once an Irishman always an Irishman!

Can't get any more distinctly IRISH than that!

Also....When I tune into the radio, I listen to
1220 WHK Radio

logo_bottomletters.gif

http://www.whkradio.com/
and
THE FISH 95.5 FM Cleveland
Fish-Sticker-Search.gif

http://www.955thefish.com/

But, I mostly surf the internet and listen to audio files, and the Christian tv when I'm not on the internet.
Strange.... or shall I say.....Odd? Secular tv and radio doesn't appeal to me anymore...... Am I brain washed? :biggrin
Or, I wonder..... am I just going through a phase.....?

I DO like variety..... Maybe I'm just waiting for the secular world to put out something that isn't so vulgar or offensive! Whatever happened to good old fashioned family entertainment?

So come down to the reality of it....I DON'T wonder! ..... I KNOW why I don't care to watch or listen to secular entertainment anymore.... Because it sucks! :-? Fine by me, I just won't watch it! 8-) :)

awe heck......here is a web page that gives a listing of radio programming in my area: You can listen to some of them via the internet if you like. :)

http://www.redstart.com/CLE/CLEradio.htm

Being that I like such variety....Here's a show I found while surfing the net today. This radio program has some good archives on line.
I listened to two shows so far. I suppose it's like any other radio talk shows out there. Check it out if you like :)

I Just heard the song HEY NINETEEN a few minutes ago. :biggrin

Read these lyrics! Do these lyrics Make any sense to you? HAHAHAHAHHA!

Goes to show what a mess the secular world is in! Hahahahahaha!

Way back when
In Sixty-seven
I was the dandy
Of Gamma Chi
Sweet things from Boston
So young and willing
Moved down to Scarsdale
Where the hell am I
Hey Nineteen
No we can't dance together
No we can't talk at all
Please take me along
When you slide on down

Hey Nineteen
That's 'Retha Franklin
She don't remember
The Queen of Soul
It's hard times befallen
The sole survivors
She thinks I'm crazy
But I'm just growing old

Hey Nineteen
No we got nothing in common
No we can't talk at all
Please take me along
When you slide on down

The Cuervo Gold
The fine Colombian
Make tonight a wonderful thing

No we can't dance together
No we can't talk at all

Aah, Steely Dan...interesting group of guys, well the two of them anyway. Now that I have enlightened you on the origins of the peace sign, would you care to know the origin of their band's name? Or maybe not! 8-) Maybe you'd care to know the origin of the Doobie Bros. name...or the Flying Burrito Bros.? hahahaha
