The spirit of the antichrist doesn't put flesh on the person of Jesus. If you cannot picture Jesus walking on earth in the flesh, you have the spirit of the antichrist. The Christ came to conquer our flesh. Not speaking to anyone in particular.
I said In heaven, not in the first advent.
does god have sexual organs in heaven? does he have to eat? no, its called anthromorphism for a reason. we can only understand things we are familiar with. god is a spirit, he isn't a human, yet acts like a male and is called He. God is more then a King, he acts like on . a king has a limited and finite kingdom but god has a kingdom that has no limits, its all of creation. see what I mean?

how does a spirit that is omnipresent in creation have a shape? food for thought.

He can probably take any form or features that He wants to. When Jesus walked the road to Emmaus, the disciples did not recognize Him until He wanted them to. Genesis says he walked in the cool of the day with them. The scripture in Revelation (1:14?) that describes his eyes as flames of fire...He's getting ready to come to Earth and kick butt, He may even be angry at the time? I think that his appearance in Revelation would be a mighty and powerful appearance...intimidating even. Now if the Lord decided to appear to a child (or children) then it stands to reason that He would take a non-intimidating form so as not to scare the children. So maybe His appearance to them with blue/green eyes was a comforting measure for the children. Colton was 3 or 4 when He met Jesus? Yeah, don't scare the little guy.

When I encounter the Lord, I kind of hope he has pretty green eyes too and not flames of fire, for the same reason. :erm

Can eyes like fire not be the warmth of loving eyes simultaneously?

you cant do that to the book of revalation.

and I saw a lamb as one that was slain ,... he had seven heads each with seven eyes. that is a vision just like the first part of that book.

I was referring to the notion that he has to changes his appearance to be less intimidating. He is God. He is a terrifying thing to those not in him, and a comfort to those that trust in him. Scripture says his eyes were like a flame of fire. Scripture also says he would have no beauty that men would desire. The heaven is for real sounds like a romance flick "he had pretty green eyes".

he changed a lot from a man that looks like a priest to judge man(revalation is about hope and not fear) to some lamb that is well how intimidating? a seven headed and seven eyed lamb. rednecks here would shoot that and post pics on facebook. they wouldn't eat it for sure but I would see it on fb and on you tube for sure. we have 18ft snakes here that are killed and posted in pics and in the news. not to mention the crocs and gators the rednecks kill.

either image of those in revalation as a lamb,or priest is holy. muslims have repented at the visions they have seen of jesus. is that a problem?

okaaaaaaaaaaay.

so when john sees a vision of jesus and the prophets match it. and I can post all of them and I say I saw a lamb with seven heads and seven eyes and is that NOT jesus. given the title of the book is the Revalation of OUR Lord Jesus CHRIST.

He also is seen on the throne with the four seraphim and also is inside a few colorful jewels in the image of a man whose face cant be seen.

Brother, if you spent as much time in the Word as you do other books and articles, these trivial suspicions would not bother you anymore. :)

Romance novel? Brother...really? He was a four year old boy. So Jesus's eyes were memorable to him. Ok. But where does your justification come from to dog the boy like you do?

Really brother, let some things be between them and God. God won't let them get away with their transgressions, if any...so you can be at peace about this if you want to. :wink

definitely got that nose right. lol

Told you he had a big jewish nose. :lol

That picture does look like a more reality looking Jesus than the white american Jesus above, but i think he had longer hair or wore a turban. That hair is to groomed and short.
jews don't wear turbans. the Sikh do. the jews wear what is called a kippah or a yarmulke.
