When Jesus arrived back in Galilee, there was some excitement among the people. They had seen something earlier in Jerusalem that had left quite an impact on them by the look of the following verse. What was it that they had seen?

When he arrived in Galilee, the Galileans welcomed him. They had seen all that he had done in Jerusalem at the Passover Festival, for they also had been there. (John 4:45)

Is 9:2
]The people who walk in darkness
Will see a great light;
Those who live in a dark land,
The light will shine on them.

Mat 4:16“THE PEOPLE WHO WERE SITTING IN DARKNESS SAW A GREAT LIGHT,
AND THOSE WHO WERE SITTING IN THE LAND AND SHADOW OF DEATH,
UPON THEM A LIGHT DAWNED.”

They saw Jesus Christ and the Spirit of God glorifying Him. And when Jesus Christ and the Spirit of God glorifying Him today we also see a great light. Things happen, Words are said. Our spirit inside us is lite up. We could go into details, but the details and reports would be too numerous because God is personal and because God is so great who can say all that happens when He moves on the people. So where the Spirit of God is moving people get excited and the reports come out in great quantity to where it is just appropriate to report something like "They had all seen what He had done", because the Spirit does things for all those there. And it's the same today.

Where God is moving today, all the people see the things He does and it is personal, and it comes in abundance for all. For example; my daughter and I had lunch together yesterday. She had gone to help at an event on Sunday, and I had been at the healing ministry the prior Thursday and at a prayer ministry on Monday. We spent over two hours talking about the things God had done since the last time we talk, which covered those events, and we could not even come close to adequately talking about all that we had seen God do and even while we were talking He did more.

One of the things that God had done for her was put her in contact with someone starting a new home group. She had been wanting that but hadn't been contacted back by the church when twice before she had sent a message to the church office. But at the event she just happened to run across someone that was starting up what seemed like the perfect home group. It was being started by people exactly her age. She was excited with the encounter but was wondering whether they would call her. They hadn't and she had already had problems with that, but as we were talking the call came in. That was just once of about five to seven different weird things that had happen and she talked about. And I could match that number. So if her and I could give about seven testimonies each, about God moving in just a couple of days, how many testimonies do you think would have come out when Jesus Christ in the flesh showed up?

Let us just say they saw a great light!
