Since I was a part-time webdesigner, here's my critiques:

Colors are too drab - the tan reminds me of the Middle Ages for some reason

Too many forums... you can better organize them and have less forums which means more efficiency.

As a side note, let me invite you to use this board to your heart's content. Perhaps you could invite your friends to use it and help us make this board even better than it already is...
