Wht has God called you to do with your life? God has called me to the ministry to work with teen girls. I just wanted to know if anyone else had Gods calling on their life? :B-fly:

youth pastor. was called to youth pastoring about 3 years ago. whish is intresting because i was like 14. im also called to disiple youth 1 on 1.
 
I think, I'm not sure but I think I've been called to be a landscaper.
 
God has given me a love for music. I have been using my Cd's and stuff for my minestry. I don't know if that's what God wants me to do or not but right now that's what I fell him telling me to do. Ok I have like 112 cd's and all but 4 of them are christian, and alot of the people at my school were suprised that there are that many CHRISTIAN Artists. So I let them listen to my music and they really like it so that's what I am doing for the Lord right now.

Rikku... could you explain more? I want to get into the video game industry (most posiably as a concept artist) and I'm quite interested.
 
I feel called to go into missions of some kind. I'm looking into Bible translation right now :)

I honestly don't have the slightest clue, and that scares me. I've been leaning to something in the church. But other than that I have no idea. I used to think that I needed to get a secular career to be a better witness. But as I've continued to pray about it. I just don't know. So I'm currently waiting. :)

so we don't have to feel dirty and unclean anymore,and so others can
know the gospel of The Lord and pass it on.
We are in the end times because wickedness has never increased like
this globally before,and the technology we have now lines up with what
scripture says about the last days. The christians past didn't realize that
their day was not it,but if they could witness what we are witnessing today
they would have no doubt that it's in our time that the final generation has
come,so we must be warriors and spread the gospel to all creation.
You Go' and spread that christian gospel my fellow brothers and sisters,
amen.
God takes the personalities that we have and makes them better.
We are still the same person only now we have a real purpose!
There are two paths set before us,choose that one that leads to life,
and the maker of it!
 
if feel like God right now want me to write down what i know and feel bout our generation and how people feel about God and sin in poetry and drawings.

Here is one of my poems

Heaven or Hell

When I sin is it that I'm condemned to Hell
Well, I heard that if uyou confess you are swell
But is that what our Lord comples
To me it seems that at that we all fail
to this quite simple quest
for some of us dont' do our best
Thus for this will we have eternal rest
Or is it that we are condemned to Hell

this poem is about how teens today feel like they might not be worthy of God love and just because they sinned that they are condemned to hell. But the TRUTH is we all are WORTHY of His LOVE :angel:
 
My sophomore year at college was pretty nice. I enjoyed my classes, I had friends, a boyfriend in the area, a job I loved and more. One day God called me home. He told me I needed to transfer to a school near home, a whole other state away. I didn't want to hear that since my life was going so well. Why would I want to leave the Christian college I had been dreaming of going to since I was in elementary school?

Still, though, I transferred home, unsure why God wanted me there.

And then it happened. My family life got crazy, my Dad fell out of love with my mom and my mother and sisters moved out, all in a matter of a couple of months.

Then they divorced last week.

If all this family chaos had been going on when I was attending school 4 hours away, I would have most likely dropped out of school and gone home to take care of my younger sisters, to be there for emotional support. But no, since I was at home and going to school in the area, I was able to provide emotional support to all parties in this crazy mess and still manage to get honors in school :)

God is good all the time!
 
I think God's calling me to be a mother and wife. That's kind of what I've always wanted to be. I also love to write though, so I'm planning on pursuing journalism a little bit. I hope to use that gift to spread God's word more. :)

Well being where I am right now with my relationship with Christ and being a teenager I have not recieved the call for my lifelong vocation however I am seriously praying about the possibility of joining a religious community as a sister. I am very fortunate to have friends studing for the priesthood or already ordained and so they are very supportive and pray for me.
As for now I try to live out a the call to holiness, the call we all have and I try to do this every day. I have recently started a youth group (say a prayer for my sanity please) and we [laced it under the patrongae of Bl. Pier Giorgio Frassati and as I get to know him more and more I understand his thirst for living life to the fullest at every moment possible.
 
I haven't a clue, maybe a constitutional lawyer, but if I do what I think He wants me to do...well, just vote for me when the time comes. :usa (Hint: Hail to the Chief)
