What to do when you need a boost?

When you hit a snag in your daily life and It drags you down, how do you respond to it? How do you recharge your battery?

Honestly? Actually, the first thing I do is get frustrated. Then I sometimes cry (Like I want to do now over my STUPID english class!). Then I eventually calm down and pray.

I sometimes wonder why I can't just easily turn to God first, but I guess it's healthy to get the frustration out. Who knows. Just my way of dealing with things and it seems to work for me. :

I usually try to get alone and have a quiet time. Then I can just think about whats goin on and figure it out. God is definitely the way to solve the problem. I try hard to focus on Him, and let Him take care of the problems. It does get hard though.

Whistle while I work. No seriously, I usually pray about it and then to relieve stress I listen to some really good music.
