sin ful yes but there right to do so. do I like it? no, but they are adults after all. how many old men watch porn? a lot more then I care to ponder.
 
One lady said that she was shaking with fear. That should not have went on there. If my grand mom was in there' somebody would be getting up off the floor' holding ice packs on both eyes.
 
This isn't right at all. The residents are clearly elderly and strippers are not wanted by persons of this age. I cannot believe that a nursing home has been so inconsiderate by thinking that this sinful act of depravity is OK!

Yes it is out of the box and maybe sinful, but remember, sensual dance has been around a long time and has varying degrees...it did cost Elijah his head after all.
 
Wasn't that John the Baptist's head? Or did they both lose their heads over a woman dancing?

I did a few gigs for medical types before I joined the Church and the stories of the incidents are filthy. God gave us the act of sex for His purposes and we have made it filthy. I understand that Satan has wormed his way into the Church ad has convinced most of the membership there that Morality cannot be legislated but the truth is that Murder, Rape and all crime is immoral. Not only did I grow to adulthood n a world where Morality was legislated, Morality still is but better than 98% of the Average Church is not saved, not interested in being saved and have had a dark influence on the remaining minority, today.


Summary, it does not matter what killed John The Baptist nor does it matter what has become normal! This sort of activity is a sin against God!

I used to work (for years full time) fully into and under and within the phrmk / hospitals. If people knew half of half of half of what goes on behind official closed sterile POLITICALLY PROTECTED doors, they would FAINT, then THROW UP, then come out FIGHTING MAD !!!! .... then (the faithful) pray unceasing AGAINST the vileness and wickedness. (it's even too disgusting for most(we hope!) people of the world to tolerate !, let alone Christians (even just) in Name and in Truth(both/either) )
 
There is great joy in following Jesus Kathi, but it tears our guts out or as written of Mary "a sword will pierce your heart" (not sure if that's a quote or paraphrase).....

The purpose of trials and sufferings as it is written in Hebrews is to get us away from our own sin,
and to wean us away from thinking like men(our own way) to thinking Yhwh's Way. After a while, if we don't walk away, (if we endure) there is the peaceful fruit of righteousness by Yhwh's work in us, with a lot of travailing along the way (and very often continued persecution).
 
Having a doctor in the family and knowing how he treats patients is a far cry from this everything is ugly talk. Not every hospital or rest home etc. is creepy sure some are but not all... not all the people in the medical profession are slimy... Some are deeply dedicated and really care... What a sad way to look at the world God has given us to live in...
 
I've been blessed to know a handful of honest and truthful and caring doctors, and dozens of bad ones, and (heard of too many literal horror stories) of hundreds of them, and it's the "good" ones that have the most trouble with the 'system' (legal and medical) and they talk about it quietly - though some have published exposes about it. (some died as a result, others blacklisted, others just 'disappeared')
the 'news' about the horrors in the va medical system is just the tip of the tip of the tip of the story.

and, btw, when I got to directly question the 'bad' ones, and the ones controlling the medical schools in the untied states, they admit it !!! with a straight face !!!(no blushing, no apparent conscience).....

most astonishing of all was not their apparent cold loveless hearts, but that several licensed pastors/deacons/elders in the tulsa area DEFENDED them!! (they told me straight to my face, with no concern on theirs except (obvious?) greed, that "the economy would completely collapse if we told the people the truth" !!!!)

so this isn't to take away from good experiences anyone has had, but to let others who suffer(ed) know(unfortunately like the lawyers on tv commercials are doing now) that countless others have suffered debilitating results(including death and amputation) from medical malpractice IN mainstream medical procedures. (pick almost any criteria you'd like in the medical field, and research it and see what has happened since 1902. not all, but most of the news is very bad.)

Would you define yourself as a cynical person?
 
no. Yhwh, Yeshua, Scripture, and the Apostles and all the Reformers
(the first many) all identified antichrists (in prophecy, in the Word, or in person) and all said the world is a wicked place full of people disobedient to Yhwh most of whom are unwilling to turn to Yhwh to be healed/saved.(especially in the last days, as the time of Noah and s and g were).
A remnant is saved ,by Yhwh's Grace and Mercy through Jesus Christ.
According to the book of Revelation , and perhaps the Gospels and some of the OT and other letters in the NT,
the false church led by the enemy of Christ deceives most of the religious church goers on earth (they even have manmade 'visions' (holograms)(world wide news reports) in some of the third world countries now to get the people ready (fully deceived) for what it is going to do next.) .

Would you consider Noah and the seven other people who were saved from the flood 'cynical' ?
Noah preached for 100 years warning the people.

Or Yeshua ? (He watches as 1/3 of mankind are killed, while 2/3 left refuse to call for help and instead curse God ! )

Or the Apostle Paul ? (He testified that everyone abandoned him but one or maybe 2 of those who remained faithful to Yeshua)

Or corrie ten boom ? She watched her family die in the holocaust, and thousands of Jews and christians.

Yet we rejoice in the TRUTH! Yhwh never never never said the world and society ever loves the truth, nor that the world and society would treat Jesus' disciples any better than Jesus was treated (mocked, beaten, scourged and crucified).

AND JESUS SAID "REJOICE ! in the world you will suffer much persecution, but be of good cheer, I HAVE OVERCOME THE WORLD"
He did not say the world ever gets to be for His followers a nice safe place to be or live -- not until He Returns.

and Jesus said specifically, "woe to you who are rich now, for you have received your comfort"

follow through ! I rejoice with those who love the truth and who are set apart in Christ Jesus to live His Life !
in the world, He promised many sorrows, troubles and tribulations and persecutions ... ... ...

but He has overcome the world ! (so if we die with Him, we may perhaps also live with Him!
