They're an Abrahamic religion, you can ask any Muslim and they will answer that they worship the same God as us.

We don't believe that Jesus is god and we don't believe that Jesus is god's son.
Therefore we don't worship the same deity.

Those are your beliefs and that's fine. Muslims don't agree.

No, it is a direct quote of John's Apstolic letter, and it doesnt matter whether you agree. It is in fact part of the definition of antichrist

Not everybody believes in John's Apstolic letter. And not everybody thinks that it is part of the definition of the antichrist.

I understand that you will insist. But your insistence will still be your belief. If we agreed than of course we would be Christian and not Muslim.

21I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.
22Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
23Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

Surah Al Ikhlas

112:1 Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;
Qul huwa Allahu ahadun

112:2 Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;
Allahu alssamadu

112:3 He begetteth not, nor is He begotten;
Lam yalid walam yooladu

112:4 And there is none like unto Him.
Walam yakun lahu kufuwan ahadun

Surah Al 'Imran

3:54 And they (the Jews) were deceptive, and Allah too was deceptive, for Allah is the greatest deceiver.
Wamakaroo wamakara Allahu waAllahukhayru almakireena

Allah has 99 names, some of which include:

Al-Mumit (the destroyer)

Al-Mutakabbir (the most proud)

Ad-Darr (the afflictor)

Your right, Allah has 99 names/attributes. You have selected a few of them and for those who are clueless will passively submit and think that Allah is evil or bad etc.

here are a few more names just to show the other side of the spectrum:

Ar Rahim (الرحيم) The Most Merciful

Al Muhaymin (المهيمن) The Guardian, the Preserver

Al Fattah (الفتاح) The Opener, the Victory Giver

Al Ghafur (الغفور) The All Forgiving

Al Latif (اللطيف) The Subtly Kind

Al Karim (الكريم) The Bountiful, the Generous

Al Wadud (الودود) The Loving, the Kind One

so just keep that in mind.

so because I am a nihilist, and have "walked away from Jesus" would that also make me the antichrist?

also a silly question comming from me, whats with the aperant hate and discontent toward Muslims? what happened to the whole judge not thing?

18Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. 19They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.

22Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

Yup. Fits pretty well eh? I doubt the 'walked away' bit but its not necessary as v 22 points out.

You were mistaken ;

John 7:24
Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

So, then you admit that Allah is the greatest deceiver?

The purpose of the OP was to highlight the differences between Allah and Yahweh (God). Mainly, because it is a matter of controversy as to whether the worship of "Allah" is the same as the worship of God. There have been several Christian members here who insist that Muslims worship the same God, albeit misguidedly.

truthrises

I'm not sure if you are Muslim but you have made a mistake in trusting Drummer4Christ's translations of makr and mutakabbir. His translations are not correct and they give a false depitction of Allah.

Also you quoted verses from the Sahih International Version book. That book is not an accurate translation of the Quran. So again I don't know if you are Muslim, but if you are then I'm surprised that you have made these mistakes that seem like obvious ones to me.

Muslims don't agree with your interpretation of this doctrine. And we don't agree that the Bible is the inspired word of God.
