Sometimes you see guys wearing pants that are a tad too short, and they are asked if they are waiting for a flood. If there was a flood, it wouldn't really matter if you were wearing shorts. :lol

Yeah, and if there was going to be a flood, shorter pants wouldn't do any good and their shoes would get wet. You'd think those awaiting a flood would be in bare feet. :biggrin
