Why are people so serious all the time? This is a serious question. :yes

It seems that there are many who do not seem to like having a good time. They are always serious and it is rare to see a smile on their face. I suspect, there is probably a good reason for this. However, I cannot figure it out. Perhaps someone can enlighten me. I like to be serious but I also like to see everyone having a good time. :)
 
Where do you live, it's not that way where I live for the most part? Some people are stuck in the mud but not everyone. Also, not everyone has fun in the same ways.
