Hang in there. I didn't find my sweetie until I was 37, but once we got together, there was no looking back!

I don't want to wait either. But I'd rather wait and be with someone the Lord has picked out for me than to rush it and be with someone I wouldn't be happy with. If I never get married, it won't matter when I get to heaven.

However, when my hubby tells me stories of what he was like in his 20's, I think I understand why God waited until we were older before bringing us together. He sounds like he was a really crazy guy. His roommate in college tells me of how he went around for about a month with a pyramid made out of straws on his head. :crazy

All out of his system now though, he's a pretty great guy!

That's a good point, But all is possible with God. There are people out there who met in high school and never looked back. Talk about a little girl fairy tale-so rare these days....
