I found a video today of a guy named Dr. Scott McQuate who seems to be a false teacher. Has anyone seen him? I'm posting a video for opinions.

This video claims that there are secrets within the tribulation. Some points he makes have some truth to them. Such as the growing demonic possessions portrayed through out brainwashing media with Vampirism, Zombies, and Demonic possessions being portrayed in both fiction and real life. However he goes to the extent of making the Bible out to be some esoteric source of information that was suppressed and changed through translation upon translation (even changed in the hebrew), yet quotes these English translations while making other points.

He seems like he's slightly popular, and his "inner circle" sounds like a Gnostic cult.

And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. Matthew 24:11

Anyone that embarks upon this road "Bible out to be some esoteric source of information that was suppressed and changed through translation upon translation" I immediately dismiss.

I appreciate many of the 'word' connections made therein, being an aficionado of same myself.

That being said, I'd have to hear his 'conclusion' statements to know if he's talking out of his hat or not, and certainly not going to 'pay' for the information.

Because he mentioned 'the' infamous Illuminati I am apt to discount his conclusion as inevitably going to land on some external 'use this information to dodge the inevitable' system that you and others who pay me are privileged to. Not saying there are not some decent word gem associations sprinkled in for the 'free' taking, some of which is assuredly legit.

The 'hook' is always in the conclusion or as is known in the world of sales, 'THE CLOSE.'

Needing money and mentioning the Illuminati would keep me from pursuing the set up any further. Buying ones way out is not an option.

My 2 cents.

Oh, and the voice that is used in the vid is very very similar to a voice used by many pitch sites. I doubt it's the author's voice, but that of bought and paid for 'pitchman.'

Well, the entire mystery has been solved on this particular site.

If you 'buy in' you will be sold an ANTI-PAULINE story.

This from the website link:

"Christianity was established by another individual, whose teachings, developed from Freemasonic traditions and taught as Christian doctrine today, usurped 'The Way' taught by Jesus. This is why Jesus stated in John 5:43 'I come in my Father's name and you receive me not, if another shall come in his own name, him you shall receive'. That 'other' who came in his 'own name' has certainly been received. He wrote more books in the Bible than any other figure, began nearly all of those books with his 'own name' and is the only person in the Bible who refers to himself as a 'Masterbuilder', which is the name of the highest rank within Freemasonry, known as the 'Holy Royal Arch' degree. This is just one reason that Christianity, having been developed from a doctrine different than 'The Way' of Jesus, is full of dichotomies, factions, contradictions and divisions. These thousands of differing opinions or 'divisions' within Christianity, coupled with the multitude of opinions that are ever-present in our world today about any number of issues, have led most people to believe that the truth is not unique, that it is not singular in-and-of-itself and that the truth can be different things to different people. This is one of the great lies of the Last Days and another facet of the 'strong delusion' spoken of above. But that time is coming to a close and just as prophesied, knowledge is increasing within the minds of certain individuals, in these Last Days. Daniel was told to 'seal up the book until the time of the end...when knowledge shall increase'. That truth is being brought to light and is being made available throughout the works of Dr. Scott McQuate, who has spent many years uncovering it for you, just as prophesied. The question you must ask yourself is... 'Are you ready to know the truth?' If so, choose your book or audio of choice from the left and get ready to see things as you've never seen them before."

Don't waste yer time unless you have a bent for pseudo christian legalism.

I was caught by the linguistics and what not, but after continuing to listen nothing settled.

If he really had such an important truth to offer, it would be brought out. Someone who enters his "inner-circle" would most likely want to put the information they obtain out on the internet. Nothing has emerged to back him up and give him credibility, so you are right about it being a sales pitch.

I believe some things about the illuminati, but this guy makes them sound older than they are. As for freemasonry, as far as I know they were probably somewhere between the 1500s - 1600s. Within freemasonry, the Illuminati was birthed on May 1st 1776.

Blessings to you for pointing out his Anti-pauline agenda.

I think that,
If he dismisses Paul as a false prophet then he must dismiss the apostles as well. Their writings bear witness to Paul's. That leaves only the 4 Gospels.
But if they dismiss the apostles then they must dismiss Jesus' whole message of grace seeing they were His. Which totally rules out the cross, which makes Jesus a false prophet as well.

Interesting that some in Islam and others that teach law without grace, also accept the 4 Gospels but not the rest.

Paul said we are all to be judged by HIS GOSPEL. And if anyone came up with a new gospel he was to be cursed. Hmmm. Joseph Smith ring a bell for a different gospel? That is one of many. I for one, will trust PAUL. I am convinced he got His gospel from Our Lord! So Paul's gospel is God's gospel.
