If marijuana was just discovered would it's use be approved for use in medecine? Do you think God would approve?

lol marijuana is just a plant... the only thing that gets you high is the 315+ chemicals in it that gets you high.

The fact that it hasn't been hiding for eons and that it is very well known for it's uses, mostly recreational, makes it an enemy rathar than an ally. The hundreds of millions of dollars earned on selling the plant, almost entirely for it's recreational purposes is one of the reasons why the U.S. has labled it a substance that has to be controlled. Maybe in time society will come to consider the green thing to be no more dangerous as alcohol, but until then the freaky spinach will still be grown in secrecy in the mountains of California and Mexico.

Right marijuana is just a plant. God made plants for a purpose too. But the things that are added to it make it bad.

I think this would be an absolute non-issue to the God of the Old Testament.
