Every now and again I find myself being pulled from the right path to the wrong path. I can do really well and be the best possible Christian that I can be; however there are times where I find myself being sinful and unsure how it has happened.
Recently though I find that with all my actions being centred around God, I have been unable to stray to the wrong side of the road but stay rooted and grounded in God's love.

Has anyone else had similar experiences?

Well hello to a fellow Joshua Breeze who lives a few roads from me. (It's a hassle with the dentist, always gets us mixed up).
I agree with you, being rooted and grounded is what truly keeps us attached to God.
reba is right, the longer the walk the more natural our relationship with the Lord comes.

P.S. I hope your new found faith is going well. Come around if you need any help or advise.

I find that it is hard for me to be angry with others if I am listening to Christian music or radio station.

I think it boils down to constant Christian fitness as I understand Reba.Eph 6 :10 - 18 as I see it "Armor of God".In todays world of "cut and paste" God's will and commands to serve the Self ,which obviously leaves Satan at the winning end .Believers have to stay on top of their game like any sportsman or discipline requiring dedication and continuous focus. I think it was Hammenstein who said "If I dont practice my instrument for one day- I notice it-2days the orchestra notices- 3 days the World notices. I know Satin notices very much quicker than that, to pick off the "odd sitting lazy little duck" , away from his or her protection under the Word of the Father.
