You cook? If you really do...then you are fantastic.

I have thought about the youtube thing before. However the problem is availability of the items in your area. That's just a big problem.

Should one need to travel from Gaza to Australia to buy Australian pepper? :lol (There are species of all those ingredients and they taste differently). Or should I import? Sounds weird:biggrin

I basically grill outdoors --- all year around, even in the winter, and have been known to do so even when there's snow outside (that baby melts all the snow around it in no time)

Native foods around here are steaks, steaks and more steaks of some sort, chicken (wife loves that more than I do) or fish, yes you can grill fish if you wrap it in foil.

Chicken is hard to grill. She likes the skinless, which is easier to grill but I like it with the skin. But then the fat drips off and starts big fires all the time. You have to keep moving that around a lot.

Last night I made burgers (without the buns) from ground beef. Wife added some sort of spice on it. When I was done, it tasted as good as Texas Road House "Road Kill" platter which is basically a bun-less ground beef burger with sauteed mushrooms and onions on it. But that had to be moved around as well as that caused big fires, too.

I'm happy for you. That's a wonderful quality. At times women need to rest and relax while their husbands perform the kitchen magic.:thumbsup

Thank you ....my pastor just preached Sunday about marriage and what women/men should do according to the work of God .....it was great It made me think of what else i could do as well

:lol It amazes me how a young person like you can have such old fashioned ideas about women and men.

In my family my father did most of the cooking. I really don't think the kitchen is my job just because I happen to be born female. I'm a very untalented cook. It's very likely that my husband would be the better cook, because being a worse cook than I is almost impossible.
My native food is pasta (can't do much wrong with that, but I still manage to burn them. I guess that's kitchen magic.).

I see this is a happy family. Keep it up.

Claudya, everyone would notice love, happiness and harmony in this family.

For a true Christian family there should be no gender thing as regards to home stuff. Actually (and from the scripture)...the kitchen magic (and I have always emphasised the kitchen) is one of the qualities that make a woman complete. All our guys are excellent cooks. Dad is an incredible cook. He once prepared a dish that broke GBR records. No finger has ever beat that his magic finger.

It is wonderful when we all come home...or when people come home and notice dad and mom having a TomicJerrison fun in the kitchen: Yes - and that's my emphasis.

Just funnin with y'all. It's THAT kind of day for me today. :-D

I'm a meat and potatoes kind of guy. I can grill steaks to perfection, my specialty. I've learned to cook a lot of side dishes from recipes, though I could cook some before the internet recipe sites too. My fiance grew up on a farm so can cook from the gravel in the driveway almost, lol. She can bake goodies like you've never seen before! Cakes and pies and pasteries & cookies, mmm. My weak area in cooking so we make a great team.

...so we make a great team
Lovely. :thumbsup
