When I was about 11 to 15 years of age, I wanted to breed Collies when I grew up. I did a lot of reading on the subject, learned a lot. I pretended to have my own kennel, and would spent hours on the computer writing about or maybe drawing my pretend dogs. (I was a terrible artist back then, heh.) I even used Windows Publisher to make a "website" about it. (Never put it online or anything, since it was all pretend. Plus that computer didn't have an internet connection.)
Eventually I came up with a name for my kennel--Questdriven Collies.

So, when I began joining different websites and forums, I would use the name CollieQuest, or sometimes Questdriven. Because even after I grew out of pretending, it was still a pretty cool name, right? And it has a good meaning, one that reminds me that I'm here for a reason.
These days I'm beginning to drop the name Colliequest and use Questdriven more often.

What about your Collies? I hope you haven't given up on your childhood dream.

Collies are still my favorite dog breed and I still really, really want to own one.
And I may breed them at some point in the future. But if you don't cut corners, it's actually a pretty expensive and time-consuming hobby. One I'd be willing to do, but it'd probably be a while before I actually could.

TND user name is so long it bumps my go to last post button off the screen. I have to click the long way home when he's the last poster in a thread :crazy

Just change the settings on your browser. Most browsers will allow you to hold down the ctrl key and scroll back and forth with the wheel on your mouse to make what appears in your browser bigger or smaller.

Of course there is a reason why you chose your username as your site username, isn't there? There is:biggrin. So what prompted your choosing your username.

Do I still remember mine? :biggrinunno :shrug :confused. Was that as a result of typo???

Some usernames are real names while most aren't. Most usernames here are quite amusing and scary! :biggrin does your tell something about you???
The password for heaven is "TheBloodOfJesus".

Well, my name is Tim, and I live in Pennsylvania. So I really am who I am, but that's all the public needs to know about me. Any questions?

I chose urk because I irk people when I preach Salvation through Jesus Christ. I chose the urban dictionary spelling, urk.

I thought it was as in ***urk*** ... the uncertain, nervous moment when one is confronted with reality and chooses whether he/she will accept it, or decide he/she is not ready for reality just yet. :hysterical
