I figured that before I went to bed I would post this thread to explain about the Zumba classes that I take and what they are. First of all, yes I take Yoga. So get over it. I have been taking it for the past few years and not only has it helped my balance, flexibility, and coordination, but it has helped me to relax as well. Now, that being said for anybody on here who doesn't understand what Zumba is, it's basically like a dance class but you're exercising different parts of your body when you do it. I find that it's very fun and enjoyable and something that's fun as well as healthy for you is number one in my book! :wink


This is one of our songs that we do. It's not exactly our routine but it's very similar and I am a HUGE fan of this kind of music! :rocking

Well, even though this thread was originally designed to talk about my Zumba, I'm going to post some of my Yoga poses since I've noticed that Yoga is quite a controversial topic among Christians. Again, I just use it to become more flexible and balanced, and it has really helped me with my anxiety issues as well. Here everybody just watch this video and calm down. As I said, stretching and relaxation that's it.
