Hi Brother twinc, maybe I’m not understanding your question?

Joh 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

1 Pet 1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God,

Even Israel

Eze 11:19 And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh.

Eze 36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

AH!

So, your trying to say that Jesus was telling Nicodemus that he had to be born again - not anyone else?

the born again... John 3:3 "Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."

it seems it becomes necessary to point out again and again, here there and everywhere that the cause of all this confusion and divergence and differences is the result of slipshod interpretation claimed as inspiration via the H/S and blasphemy - this would have applied then but not now - twinc

I've heard you refute others so far, but you have not spoke your thoughts. How come?

Yes, of course, as a Christian via water and spirit - even Jesus as a circumcised jew had to be born again as a Christian - strange how this is not known or accepted - twinc

Never heard that one before. Didn't know a thought like this existed.

And of course YOU have the perfect interpretation that you are going to provide to all of us, right?......we are on pins and needles; don't hold out on us.......

Jesus was not a Christian, he was a Jew......Wow, that is like 'Christianity 101'.......

why is it believed or accepted if it is not in the bible that we must be born again - twinc
To answer your question, If you were born again, your question would be answered. I and many others experienced rebirth. It is the presence of the Spirit of Christ in us (a new man) that is contrary to our Adamic nature that binds us to Christ. A man does not join the Body of Christ....he is called. To stand outside of the Scriptures and privately interpret them is carnal and unprofitable. If you are known by Christ, ask Him.....He is alive.

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

:nonono :shame (Where oh where do people GET this stuff???:confused)

Rom 6:3-7 Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.

For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall certainly be united with him in a resurrection like his. We know that our old self was crucified with him so that the sinful body might be destroyed, and we might no longer be enslaved to sin. For he who has died is freed from sin.

Sinners need to be born again.
Jesus had no sin.
Therefore, He did not need to be born again.

Christians who are baptized are given new life IN CHRIST.
Christ did not need new life in himself.

In Him was life. (John 1:4)
He didn't need new life.
He is and has always been and forever will be: LIFE.

Christians who are baptized are united to Christ.
Christ did not need to be united to Christ.

And Jesus was not a Christian, He is God the Son.
