As he's approaching me with a large knife I wouldn't even give him time to say anything. I would stomp the gas pedal to the floor, run the red light and then do a U-turn and run the red light again and try to run him over without killing him. Call the police and have him arrested.

It's hard to go wrong when you do things in moderation. Like eating, drinking, exercising, etc.. Learning better cooking techniques also help. I feel that eating microwave foods all the time is just as bad as over cooking food on the stove or grill.
