Do you have favorites? What influences did you grow up with?

Though I didn't grow up in that era I grew up listening to a lot of that music. The Eagles are my number 1. Also really enjoy Def Leppard, Aerosmith, and Steppenwolf.

Allman Brothers, The Band, The Grateful Dead, Charlie Daniels, Marshall Tucker, Poco, Eagles, Loggins and Messina, CCR, Beatles, Beach Boys, etc.

Lot of blues players and bands... Johnny Winters, Stevie Ray, Buddy Guy, Climax Blues Band, J. Geils Band, Canned Heat that sort of stuff.

Santana, Eric Clapton/Derek and the Dominoes, Chuck Berry...

Oh yeah, Floyd, Yes and Genesis too. I like the old progressive rock stuff. :yes

Being that I wasn't even born until the '80's not much. The Rollingstones are high on my list though.

(70's) Jethro Tull - Stormwatch, Heavy Horses and Songs from the Wood mostly.
Benefit was good, too.

(80's) Too much to list, this was THE decade of music for me! Big Country and Several Christian bands!

Leo Kottke, Cat Stevens, John Mayall, Joan Baez, Paul Butterfield, The Band, Dylan ,Richie Havens, any band that played Woodstock ,except the Who ; there was no music in the 80s
