How to deal with corporal punishment as a kid

Hi y all

Fist I want to make clear that it's the very first time I'm gonna ask for advices on a forum and also the first time I ask for help to other christians so be cool if I'm kind of not so great about putting all together

So I'm 16 and I've always been kind of a brat at school, not on purpose of course but yeah sometimes I talk back or get involved in fightings and stuff like that

But some days ago I was at school in a bad mood and the teacher was being on my ass like telling me to sit up or to be quiet and I've been fed up with it

I stood up and wanted to leave but she tried to get in the way so I pushed her and I swear it was out of anger because I felt sorry right after it but anyway and so then I've been excluded

My dad was so angry like I had never seen him like that. We were in my room and he was screaming, not even listening to my side of the story and then he wanted to punish me like spank me which has always been only a threat for real

So he did that, he gave me like 5 or 6 spanks which hurts me and I'm honestly still pretty ticked off about that and sad too.

I just want to know if you think it was kinda deserved ? Do you ever experienced something like that ? What can I do ?
