What, if anything, had Job done to deserve these catastrophes?.....why was he punished....can someone tell me!:)

The answer is found in this passage ...


Job 3:25
For the thing I greatly feared has come upon me, and what I dreaded has happened to me.


Although in Chapter 1 he was described as "blameless and upright, and one who feared God and shunned evil", Job lived in constant fear - fear of adversities, fear of sins, fear of the unknown .... Satan exploited his weaknesses and challenged God to test his faith in Him.
 
Fear is sin? Then why did God describe Job as blameless?

Blameless means blameless.

I did not say fear is sin, I said fear is a weakness. Blameless does not mean fearless. God called Job blameless DESPITE his fears.
