For the past few years I've been in constant cycles of depression and anxiety, with a long string of dysfunctional behavior in my closest friendships to the point I nearly ruined them forever. At one point last year I went to the mental hospital for a 24 hour hold.
Since about September, I've felt pretty mentally stable. And honestly? That's the longest that I've been stable in recent years.
