My trip to the San Gabriel mission part 2

As I was there today at the mission the folks there putting on a reenactment of the passion....

Here are two pics..Surprisingly they did it in Latin and I was close enough to Here the exchange between Jesus and Pilot and it was so right on and the acting was very good, although the setting and outfits were not so good...Anyway enjoy...

Latin eh? I didn't know you knew Latin! Did you say somewhere else that you took Greek and Hebrew too?

Actually Spanish is my first language, and I understand Latin very well. I Can read and write in biblical Greek, but I can't speak it...I took a stab at Biblical Hebrew, but was in over my head...

As far as the missions go, there are a few more in Cali and I am going to have to visit them. I think tomorrow we will visit the San Fernando mission..
