What if the first 100 days......

What if HRC had won the election by the margin that was predicted?
I will set up a likely, IMO, scenario:
HRC......President
Senate.....Democrat by 2 votes
House.......Republican by 5 votes
What would the first 100 days look like? What type of legislation would be pending? Please be able to support your claim with the candidates own words or the DNC platform (http://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/papers_pdf/117717.pdf).
I will go first: Pending legislation and presidential support for repeal of the Hyde Amendment prohibiting federal funding for elective abortions.
