Cold, we literally have no heater in the bathrooms. (I mean, it is cold during winter, but maybe around spring and summer it gets warmer, especially for summer which makes the water hot.)
 
Warm. I cannot take it as too hot or cold.
But sometimes I have to take cold when the water heater cuts out. That happens whenever we have a power dip. Happened about a month ago.

Not in a sense like you guys have, but yes, there's winter here. It just makes the temperature go low during the season, and that's it. (Also, my father's bathroom have a working heater, not in our bathroom nor in the guest's bathroom.)
