Okay, so I was going to wait until after April Fools Day was over first (I still need help with some ideas guys for my prank this year!) however, since I'm probably getting my Easter egg dye today (and yes at twenty-nine years old I'm still coloring eggs :lol) I figured that I would start it today. :) Remember though, Easter isn't about bunnies or candy. (Although who doesn't love chocolate? :biggrin2) It's about the fact that because of Jesus Christ death will never be the end as long as we just put our faith in Him. :crossJohn 3:16 :bible

We currently have thirty-four days to go until that beautiful resurrection morning, but until then I'm going to be posting stuff about the holiday. Some of it's just for fun, but other stuff is for the true meaning of the holiday since it's often forgotten which is the same exact thing that I do for Christmas. Have a happy and hoppy Easter everybody! Oops! I mean everybunny. XD! :hysterical

So what are you giving up for Lent?

Nothing. I don't do that part. Anyways sorry there was an error in my Hop video so I had to fix it and repost it. That's actually a good movie believe it or not,.. the first video was from An Easter Carol and yes,.. I know it's a Veggie Tales movie but I personally think that it's really cute and it's one of my favorite films. It shows the real true meaning of Easter and Rebecca St. James has a beautiful voice. :)

Hey guys, there's thirty-three more days to go and here's an interesting video for those of you who still don't know the story behind the Easter egg. :)

Also here's an article as well since it explains the coloring part.

Just in case you all were wondering, I did get my dye yesterday. :biggrin2

There's thirty more days left to Easter now and I just had to make a very special announcement to everybody reading this. I've gone back to writing again and if there are any fans here of the Life-Size franchise (I call it a franchise now because the sequel just came out late last year. :)) later on today I will start writing Peter Cottontail which is a fanfic of Life-Size and a fanfic of my own original story that's currently still in the process of being written.

It will be all about Eve's life as a human and her relationship with Ben and Casey as they teach her all about (the true) meaning of Easter and along the way they go to camp and an injured bunny rabbit winds up being the Easter Bunny himself! :eek2Now I don't think that too many guys on here will know the story to the original (since it's basically about a Barbie doll coming to life which is why I announced the sequel in the ladies locker room) but here's just a quick recap. :wink

That was just a play on the word "Lent". But if you wish to get serious about Lent, you will not only shun lentils, but fast as Jesus fasted for 40 days and 40 nights. No food at all. Possibly no water either.

Lent was an attempt to imitate the fasting of Christ, but it is highly unlikely that anyone ever did that, or will do it.

How can anybody even Jesus survive forty days without water? Don't forget, even though Jesus is and was the Son of God, He was also human just like the rest of us.
