We do read in many prophecy books and teachings that a temple will be built in Jerusalem and the anti-christ will be sitting in it. Now my question is since there isn't sacrifice left as Jesus paid it once for all, can we mean that building of the temple is not literal?

some folks think it is literal
some folks think it is literal and some one will offer blood sacrifices..
some folks think the Body of Christ is the temple

can anyone find a scripture saying the anti-christ sits in that temple?

The Jews do not yet realize that Jesus is the Messiah, so they are likely to attempt rebuilding the temple if given a chance. Dimensions are given in Ezekiel.

"Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God." 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 KJV

And i you :) the scripture difine antichrists as some one who does not believe Jesus the Christ came in the flesh...

2Jn_1:7

For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

1Jn 4:3

And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world

1Jn 2:18

Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

1Jn 2:22
Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son

The word antichrist is only used in 1 and 2 John (KJV). There are many antichrists:

"Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time." 1 John 2:18 KJV

People only presuppose and assume a future-to-us literal physical temple based on choices they make in interpreting scripture. Because the sacrifice has been paid and Jesus resides in Heaven, any structure built on the mount would not be God's dwelling place. Thus it could not be sanctified, nor desecrated.

the temple is being built to fulfill prophecy, not because sacrifice needed.(though men may say so, Jew and gentile)

What a anitchrist style slap in the face of God.

It's right in line with scripture.

Rom 11:25-29 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins. As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes. For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.
