So, then if the human race began with incest, why are there so many different races and nationalties today? (not saying that Cain and Abel had much of a choice since there weren't any other women at the time that being indeed the case)
Folks assume God didn't create others besides Adam and Eve on the 6th day . The sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful and took who they wanted as wives , fallen angels are not sons of God And where did the genetic information for all the races come from it it all wasn't represented through Noah , his sons and all their wives on the Ark ? Yet they/we are all from the same Paternal line back to Adam

And I say nonsense.

I guess that makes sense, but you have to remember, I've got learning disabilities.
I'm glad it makes since to you.

Natural selection states only those who adapt survive. Put a brown bear in the arctic and he dies. Put a polar bear in California and he dies.
Both are bears and they share a common ancestor in their gene pool. If we go back to Noahs Ark, we could say that 2 bears came off the Ark that held the genetic diversity that allowed their offspring to adapt to their new environments.

The bears that moved to the colder climate adapted by a white coat etc. Those that didn't adapt, died. Through breeding, only the bears with white fur survived, and the diversity for brown fur was lost.
This is a simple way to explain it, and may not be completely accurate, but shows the jist of how natural selection works.

It's worthy to note that natural selection is seen within a family, such as the bear family, the dog family or the cat family and yes, even the human family.

First of all, I'd really like to thank everyone for their prayers. I'm still sick of course and a bit feverish, but I've been sleeping most of the day so that is really helping me. Anyway here's a quick question that was running through my mind. If God knows everything, that means He knew that Adam and Eve would eat the forbidden fruit no matter what, so why did He even bother telling them that they shouldn't? Why did He seem so surprised? And most importantly, if all humans are meant to be sinners, why Did He even create us in the first place already knowing that we would be so imperfect? I'm not complaining about being here on this planet, I love my life. I'm just curious.

HIR2018,

God has provided an answer to this mystery that He knew people would sin, but he created human beings anyway. The reason for creation of the universe and human beings starts in Genesis 1:27, 'So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them' (NLT).

What's the point of an image?

An image is to image. Images are erected to display the original — to point to the original, glorify the original. God made humans in his image so that the world would be filled with reflectors of God — images of God, seven billion statues of God. So that nobody would miss the point of creation. Nobody (unless they were stone blind) could miss the point of humanity, namely, God — knowing, loving, showing God (Why did God create the world? John Piper).

God created human beings and the universe for his glory. Even sinful human beings still retain the image of God and he wants to use all these people to bring him glory.

Isaiah spoke to the Israelites:

I will say to the north, ‘Let them go!’
And I will say to the south, ‘Do not hold them back.’
Bring my sons from far away.
Bring my daughters from the farthest places on earth.
7 Bring back everyone who belongs to me.
I created them to bring glory to me.
I formed them and made them" (Isa 43:6-7 NIRV)

That's why God created human beings who sinned. They were formed from the beginning, sinned from the being, but they were created to bring glory to God.

Then why did God regret creating all of humankind before the flood? I'm sorry, I'm not really questioning Him, just trying to understand Him a bit better.

Gen 6 answers that question.

Gen 6:5 The Lord saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time. 6The Lord regretted that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was deeply troubled. 7So the Lordsaid, “I will wipe from the face of the earth the human race I have created—and with them the animals, the birds and the creatures that move along the ground—for I regret that I have made them.” 8But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord.

1 Corinthians 1:25 KJV
Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

We can't fully understand the reasons. He let them eat the apple because he does see and know all.

It wasn't Adam and Eve who caused the fall of man as it was Satan who lost his high status with God through his pride that came in the form of a serpent and deceived Eve who gave the fruit to Adam to also eat of. Although this was the point in history when disobedience took root. Not to sure if God was surprised at this as Jesus was even before the foundation of the world so I think God already knew we would make our own choices and give us a Savior that frees us from sin.

I believe it's even deeper than that...all of Adams progeny receives a sin nature....causing our natural choice to reject God.

Thank goodness you are recovering. As I see it, your questions have been discussed by theologians for centuries.
My understanding from the Scriptures is God's plan to show His immeasurable love for his creatures, and that is being shown by
allowing man (Adam) to disobey and bring sin and death into all mankind. And God's plan is being accomplished through Christ, God's Son, who died on the cross for all mankind as "the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world." John 1:29.
Even though mankind is created "in God's image and after His likeness", and seemingly would seek God, yet he doesn't.
Paul tells us in Rom. 3:10-11, "There is no one righteous, not even one; there is no one who understands, no one who seeks God..", NIV. Look! It's through God's mercy that anyone one is saved, because we read many places that Salvation is of the Lord; man believes because God/Christ draws him. Eventually, all will be reconciled (Col. 1:19,20).

Some good questions and answers. Let's see if I can add anything of value:

About Adam and Eve, God could have created people incapable of sinning and with no choice but to love God. The result would have been robot-like people that obeyed, but revealed very little of the true glory of God. We would see that God is powerful and Holy and know little else about Him.

God could have created Adam and Eve with with free will, just as he did, and placed them in the Garden of Eden. God could then have placed the serpent and the tree on the top of a mountain across an ocean and guarded by an angel with a flaming sword so Adam and Eve would have no chance to be tempted or sin. We would then see that God is Powerful and Holy and that God loves and protects those that love and obey him. We would know little else about God's character.

So God placed a tree in the center of the garden in order that Adam and Eve might be able to walk past it every day. Every day they had a choice to obey God or not to obey God. We focus on the day they failed the test, but imagine how many days they passed the test and were able to obey God because they chose to. The choice to not sin makes our gift of love to God a genuine gift. Our love is more valuable when it is freely given than when it is taken by force.

Then Adam and Eve sinned. God had every right to kill them right then and there. Instead, God covered their nakedness, punished them like beloved children so they would learn, and made a promise that one day, God would fix this. The universe saw that God loves us even when we fail. Without the tree and the fall, we would never have learned of the true depth of God's love.

God restores things better than they were before. Look at the beginning and end of Job. His last days were greater than his first. Now compare before the fall when people were able to walk with God in the garden, to after the Ressurection of Christ when God grants us a new heart, adopts us as sons, comes to live inside of us (the Holy Spirit) and prepares a mansion and a wedding feast so we can be where God is forever. The blessings we get after the fall are greater than Adam and Eve had before the fall.

You know guys, something just occurred to me while I was just lying here watching a movie. A lot of the time our friends try to get us to do something that we know is sinful and wrong, yet we are still pressured into doing it anyway. So I was just wondering, what if the devil had never tempted Adam and Eve to eat the forbidden fruit? What if Adam and Eve never disobeyed God? What would the world be like today?

If Adam and Eve would have obeyed and every generation after them we all would be living in paradise as it was suppose to be in the beginning. That's why I like living in the country as it is my own place of paradise where I do not concern myself of the affairs of this wicked world. The country is so untouched by man.

So, if that truly were the case I guess that it would have been Heaven on earth. Maybe the fact that we are living in a world that gets more and more sinful every day is the reason I long for Heaven so much. I don't really expect life here on earth to be perfect, but sometimes I really wonder how strong my faith in humanity is. Of course, my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ truly is the most important thing. And that faith is getting stronger and stronger every day thanks to you guys. :)

I believe life is what you make it to be by what you surround yourself with and your own attitude towards life. I hate drama and it's not allowed to enter my house.
