For one day, maybe a whale? Explore the great oceans from beneath the water instead of on top of it.
On that note though, if this trading places with someone for a day a true trade? Will the other person/creature be you for a day?
How different would be the cat, the bird, or the whale that spent a day as a human?
That certainly would be interesting to say the least. A cat would probably be laying on the couch or bed all day expecting to be wait upon head and foot, a bird would want to spend the whole entire day outside, and a whale would probably never want to get out of the bathtub.
Yeah, when I said you could tell the human body wasn't designed for flight because it has no wings, this is the direction I'd hoped the thread would go. Nice read!
I haven't seen an Angel, but I have heard the wings of the Cherubim. The word "up" doesn't even begin to do the concept justice! Right in line with Pp 3:14
which can more literally be translated "God who calls you UP."
Hey now we're getting deep. How about this? When a man kills a deer and eats it...Does the deer become human? When an African lion attacks someone and eats them...do they become human?
They say you are what you eat. We are on this earth, to learn and to find our God and creator, and go home to be with Him. We will step up in our existance, a promotion of sorts. We will be living as higher beings...we know that is coming! Praise the Lord!
But, what about everything else on earth? Scripture says the stones would cry out praises unto God...so do the stones, the animals...step up at some point too in existance? WIll the stones become animals one day? WIll the animals become human?!
