...at the hospital where he was awaiting evaluation?

just...well, I read this on the local news website...

early 50s man was awaiting a psych evaluation at a semi-local hospital. he messed with the fire alarm or something, activated the sprinklers, caused some damage...patients on the floor were moved elsewhere, for a time...

and he's been arrested. he's in jail, charged with I think either a higher misdemeanor or a lower level felony...bond, all that like any other person accused of a crime. ok...

what do y'all make of this?

If it goes to trial he will probably have a psych evaluation like he came to the hospital to begin with and will be judged accordingly.
