Hello everyone, if you could please pray for a best friend of mine who is struggling very much. She believes in God but doesn't truly know Him yet. I know that nothing I say or do can fix or take away her pain, only Jesus can, so I really appreciate everyone's prayers! She is open and seeking relief and wants to be free. Please pray the Holy Spirit pours down over her and she can become born again. It is very much hurting me to see her this way, so please pray that I can be strong with and for her as well. Thank you so much! God Bless.

I was once suicidal and harming myself by cutting and I was close to death when God intervened. My first step in recovery was reaching out for help. I was afraid of recovery believe it or not. When I finally asked for help my life changed forever. I told my best friend I wanted to die and she directed me to 12-Step programs. At my first meeting I found God because I believe he had directed me there. You have an opportunity to be a channel for God. So not only pray for your friend, but try to be proactive and take her to a meetings for any addiction she might have or Emotions Anonymous. A lot of agnostics find Christ in the rooms of 12 Step recovery.
 
Praying God will use you in a mighty way to be there for your friend as you let the light of Christ shine out from you and she will receive that light of Christ.
