Which ever option you decide Jim works for me. What you can teach is based on what you know or have study material for. So that makes you the best person to decide what would come next. What we can do is offer suggestions that might help the decision. But it comes down to your judgment.

At least that's my take of it. Both psalms and a study on the Tabernacle sound good to me.

Well then, I think I'll do Psalms. There is a lot of material in the NT drawn directly from the Psalms.

The seminarian's "must read" book on the psalms is Praise and Lament in the Psalms by Claus Westermann. (Bring you best yoke of oxen to plough through it; he's VERRRY German. But the effort is worth it.)

Here's my 30-day, morning and evening Psalms and NT read-through schedule or you can read MAs for 30 days and the the PMs for another 30 days. And, of course, you can just read the Psalms.

I think we should read 3 verses a day. We should not garble all the food at once and shove it down our throats, i think we should take small bites of the food and enjoy its texture and taste.
