Cat in a Christmas Tree Video

Those were adorable cats!
First experience with a cat in a Christmas tree was not a pleasant one. He broke the branches (he was a big cat ... very tall, very long, with very big paws) and knocked the tree over. The beautiful red satin balls were virtually destroyed in his enthusiasm to play with them. The garland was elaborately laid out against the baseboard in the hall - looked great, I have to say. All I can say is that it was a good thing the power cord was unplugged each night ... he probably would have electrocuted himself in his glee to kill those twinkling lights!
The following year, that cat convinced the 7-month-old puppy to jump against the tree, thereby knocking the tree over. Yes, there was a witness to this conspiracy. While the cat took care of the ornaments, garland and lights, the puppy had fun lapping up the sugar water - or what was left of it!
