The point is not to resist lawful arrest, or even abuse of power. Never do that. The point is you do not need to give to consent to illegal search and seizure. If they over ride your clearly stated lack of consent, their actions will never hold up in a Court of law. (As long as you do everything right, and don't give them any valid reason to arrest you)

Any LEO that would violate the law like that WILL be able to make a case against you that will stick in Court! And no lawyer will be able to do anything about it, no matter how innocent you are. The ONLY thing you can give a lawyer to work with is if you refuse to consent to search (or seizure.)

Anyone who is innocent, LEO should NOT be able to come back with a search warrant. And even if they can, now you're in a position where a lawyer at least has a fighting chance. (It'll cost you though)

That's exactly what the Obama FBI did to the Trump campaign, on behalf of the Hilary campaign, using falsified documents. Are Obama or Hilary in jail? No. Will they ever be? Not a chance.

A simple accusation with not evidence is exactly what we are seeing being carried out by the Democrats against Trump's Supreme Court nominee, Bret Kavanaugh. With a single unfounded accusation that gets weaker by the day, his nomination may very well fail.

During the French Revolution, an accusation would get you a trip to the guillotine.
With socialists in the 20th century (Nazis, Fascists and Communists) you could become one of the 100 million murdered citizens who did nothing wrong.

Our government is corrupt at the highest levels. Do not expect justice. based on the Constitution. That's a joke to the DoJ.
 
People who truly believe things ACT on them. If the government is so corrupt people would be justified to rise up forcibly against it.
Maybe deep down inside people sense that something is up with Fox News and many other right wing propaganda machines.
If the result of a President's words and his personal propaganda arm is a disbelief in the parts of government that protect from people like Putin then the fact is that anti America forces are winning the day.

"Rising up" is a very extreme act. It is armed revolution.
If you think Fox is a right wing propaganda machine then you obviously do not watch Fox.
The dominant media is the propaganda arm of the Democrat Party.
But I doubt you'll want to know.

Cops don't do the searching and surveilling up front and out in the open until it's warrant time. They use informants to do the dirty work.

From what I have seen, the Republicans and Democrats are 2 heads of the same snake playing Americans against each other as corporate America slowly tightens its grip on our constitution and on our democracy.

The nsa,isn't a law agency but part of the dod,they can simply at will hack your cell phone,computer,etc without a warrant.

The revolutionary war didn't happen just for reason in one month,but abuses over years.
I wouldn't expect it to happen overnight.people are complacent.

I can only speak of my personal experience with crooked law enforcement, private investigators and informants. Yeah, I know on a national/inter-national scale that all's fair and all are fair game. Snowden stated that one can be surveiled even without being a security threat. An economic threat can just as easily throw one into the sphere of the surveilled.
 
if we cant secure our privacy against hacking , to steal ones identity. why on earth does one think that the government wont also use loopholes to control people? I live in a county where one town and the county put up cameras and didn't really inform the public as to why. these aren't for red lights but to monitor traffic(county) but the city reads your tag on both sides of it, only one main road in and out.

the county didn't upon request per foia openly state the why the cameras were there and who worked there. if its just for traffic flow and to assist the first responders, why hide?

We had a vote here in Houston to stop issuing tickets via red light cameras and to take them down. The city quit issuing tickets but not only refused to take down the cameras, but continued installing ever more at different intersections. When asked why the city was not honoring the will of the voters, the city said they had to obey the contract the city had with the company supplying and installing the cameras. Talk about corporate interests over riding democracy.

they should have informed the public on the vote that if they did this then they would have to agree to a pay out of a broken contract. sounds like the government. don't get me started on a referundium to sale a utility and the fact the council didn't plan on replacing the money they need without reducing services as they darn well know the people wanted the same level of service.
