Scripture Of The Day - What Are You Establishing?

"You will also declare a matter, and it will be established unto you; and the light will shine upon your ways." - Job 22:28

God says to speak – speak out! Decree a thing and it will be established! What do you want to establish in this hour? Release with your words what you want to establish with your words.

What are you establishing with your words and even more, what are you establishing with His words? He has given you the Bible, full of words to establish with.

His Word is full of healing, deliverance, trust, hope, and prosperity. He has given you his written Word to establish whatever you need. His Word produces prophetic action, a shift, and change in the spirit realm which leads to action. It unlocks things. It unlocks tools, revelation, and equipment you need to move spiritually forward.

Reading an old issue of Our Daily Bread , dated 2000, I came across this and it really hit home.

Galatians 6:9 NKJV

'And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not lose heart.'

It told of a man planting some potatoes. His young grandson watched and asked why he was throwing good potatoes away. His Grandpa told him you had to plant the seed to reap the harvest. A few days later the young lad looked at where they had been planted and said it hadn't worked. Grandpa told him you have to be patient and that it takes time for them to break through and start to grow

Then the writer told of another man. A soldier who was lay dying. He asked his friend to take a message to his old Sunday School teacher. It said 'Because of what you taught me in Sunday School, I am a Christian.' Before she received the message she had become discouraged and nearly quit,.

It said to read Psalm 126
psalm 126:5,6 NKJV

5. Those who sow on tears
Shall reap with joy
6. He who continuously goes forth weeping
Bearing seed for sowing,
Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing
Bringing his shaves with Him'

Why are we so impatient??

Romans 5: NASB

1Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2through whom also we have obtained our introduction by faith into this grace in which we stand; and we exult in hope of the glory of God. 3And not only this, but we also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; 4and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope; 5and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

Scripture Of The Day - Your Miracle Begins in Your Spirit

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” - Hebrews 11:1

You need to see your miracle in your spirit before it will manifest. You need to see it as finished. We must catch a vision and revelation of what Jesus has already done. We must see ourselves healed.

When Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead, He did not have to lay hands on the dead. There was authority in the Word of God. What is dead? Maybe your faith is dead. Maybe your relationship with God, your marriage, your children, your body, your church or even your ministry is dead.

See the situation and command resurrection power to be released. Let your hope rise again and your faith be resurrected. Contend for miracles as your vision is restored. See the power of his life come. He is the Resurrection and Life!

Scripture Of The Day - Being Willing To Be Interrupted

Genesis 18:1,2 - "One day Abraham was sitting at the entrance to his tent during the hottest part of the day. 2 He looked up and noticed three men standing nearby. When he saw them, he ran to meet them and welcomed them, bowing low to the ground."

In Genesis 18 Abraham was sitting in front of his tent during the heat of the day. All of a sudden he looked up and saw three men standing in front of him. What Abraham did next catalyzed the destiny for himself and Sarah: He stood up and he ran to meet them. The arrival of these men wasn't convenient and it wasn't expected. At first, he didn't even realize that it was the Lord! Abraham INTERRUPTED what he was doing in order to host the men. His being willing to INTERRUPT his plans resulted in the fulfillment of God's promise for the son that they had been waiting on for more than 20 years (Genesis 18:10)!

Those who are prepared to INTERRUPT and adjust their own plans and schedules as God intervenes will see new doors for personal breakthrough and Kingdom advancement open.

Scripture Of The Day - Abandoning The Meaningless

"I stretch out my hands to You; My soul longs for You, as a parched land." - Psalm 143:6

As we continue on into 2019 we lean into the secret place, spending more time with God, there is a new hunger for communion, compelling us to "throw away" everything that carries no heavenly or eternal purpose. We are in a season where nothing else matters except Jesus!
A new hunger is growing in us. It is essential to throw away the things that seemed okay to us in our last season: old thought processes, busyness for the sake of busyness, and meaningless things that consume our time. Some things we have allowed in our lives cannot stay with us because of where we are going. Many are realizing it is meaningless—all is meaningless—except for our calling in Christ! The only thing that matters is God!

“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past." - Isaiah 43:18

"Jesus replied, 'No one who puts a hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God.'” - Luke 9:62

"But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus." - Philippians 3:13-14

Scripture Of The Day - Consecrated And Set Apart

"Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert." - Isaiah 35:5,6

To be holy is to display His nature. He is undefiled and without impurity and He desires us to be the same.
In the Complete Word Study Dictionary, holiness in Isaiah 35:8 means, "a holy thing and sacredness. It indicates something consecrated and set aside for sacred use only; it was not to be put into common use, for if it was, it became profaned and common, not holy." This is a wake-up call. As born again believers we are called to be set aside for sacred use. We are not made for common use. We are not to look and act like the world. We belong to another Kingdom. We are not our own.

As citizens of Heaven, we are to demonstrate intimacy with God and the fragrance of having been with Jesus. You can be in the wilderness and yet experience the bloom of that fellowship with Him. We demonstrate the Kingdom of God in obeying the commission of Jesus Christ which includes discipling baby Christians into their inheritance in Christ, laying hands on the sick, and walking in the Spirit in addition to preaching the Gospel.

Without being set apart for uncommon use, we will yield to passions and things that will pollute our union with God.

Scripture Of The Day - TRANSITIONING INTO THE NEW

"Do not earnestly remember the former things; neither consider the things of old. Behold I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert." - Isaiah 43:18-19

The Lord is taking us higher and into new places. Those new places are places of birthing, are places of reaping and are places of fulfillment. But the "way" He is leading us is the new and the way He performs His Word usually is not on our "grid, plan, format or way" of how we envisioned it would look like.

The Word says in Luke 5:36, "No one puts a patch from a new garment on an old garment; if he does, he will both tear the new one, and the patch from the new one will not match the old garment."

Transitioning into the new can be stretching, because we have never been there before. We have no grid for it. And what we tend to do is create a map and a plan. There is no map and plan for the new. You have to flow and be led by the Spirit.

The ways of the Spirit will offend the mind of carnal reasoning.

The mind of the Spirit will challenge the ways and formats of man, because they put limits and conditions on God.

There is just as much death in yielding to His way as there is in yielding to His will.

Unclog the flow by letting Him lead you in new fresh ways and take you higher into partnering with Him on this earth.

When we put all our agendas aside the sky is the limit for what God can do in our lives.

Matthew 5:8 says, "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God."

Scripture of the Day - EMBRACING THE FOUNTAIN OF REFRESHMENT

"He was very thirsty, and he called out to the Lord, 'You gave this great deliverance through Your servant, but now may I die of thirst and fall into the hands of the uncircumcised?' So God split open the basin at Lehi, and water flowed out of it. He drank, was refreshed, and revived. Because of this he called the place En Hakkore, which is in Lehi to this day." - Judges 15:18-19

A war-weary Samson called out to God in a moment of desperation and God split open the very ground Samson stood on, causing refreshing water to flow!
En Hakkore means the fountain of the crier or the spring of one who prays.
Your Prayers Have Come Up Before the Lord!

To the worn out, war-weary ones – those who have fought and maybe even seen great victory but now it looks like a dehydrated death in the dust is your portion – there is an En Hakkore for you!

This same Spirit of God that broke open the ground to release refreshing water is the same Holy Spirit that is causing tremors beneath the dry ground beneath you. These tremors are cracking open the dusty places, the dead soil, and the parched earth to release waters of revival, calling, and purpose that will bring a supernatural restoration to you!

Scripture of The Day - UNFOLDING REVELATION

John 14:6,7 - "Jesus saith unto him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. If ye had known me, ye should have known My Father also: and from henceforth ye know Him, and have seen Him."'

Unless we can be corrected, unless we are seeking God for an unfolding revelation of His son, our so-called "faith" may be, in reality, just a lazy indifference, a deception concerning the things of God. Subconsciously, we may actually want a dead religion so we do not have to change. True faith is freighted with the power of God.

Timothy 3:5 - "Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away."

It is imperative to always remember that God is exact truth and faithful. One of the names of God is Faithful and True. To move forward into our DESTINY, we must completely disconnect from the disappointments, limitations, frustrations, 8398and failures of the past. If we are open to Him, the Holy Spirit will give us dreams in the night or streams of thought during the day to bring revelation and direction to our lives.

Scripture Of The Day - FACING OUR NEED FOR GRACE

Matthew 6:13 - "And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one."

There is no temptation or sin in heaven. This prayer does not imply that God wants to tempt us. We know from James 1:13 that it is impossible for God to entice us to sin.
This kind of praying is important because it requires us to face our need for grace. It helps us to align our heart with heaven -- one of absolute dependency on God.

The phrase "deliver us from evil", as it is traditionally rendered, actually means, "deliver us from the evil one." A heart modeled after heaven has great success in spiritual warfare. Jesus was able to say, "satan has nothing in me."
The believer is to be completely free from all satanic influence and attachments. That is the cry voiced in this prayer.

CHRIST CAME TO TRAIN AND EMPOWER WARRIORS

Christ not only came to set captives free, But He also came to TRAIN and EMPOWER the recently freed to be warriors. How can we, imperfect Christians, walk triumphantly? The Bible says we overcome "because of the Blood of the Lamb and because of the word of [our] testimony, and [we do] not love [our lives] even when faced with death" (Revelation 12:11).

Many Christians are awakened spiritually, but they do not know God's promises in the Bible. To be successful, we must know God's Word, believe it, MEDITATE on it, and SPEAK it with faith. We overcome by the "word of our testimony."

Scripture Of The Day - Ascended Living

"But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus" - (Ephesians 2:4-6).

As our minds are renewed and our faith grows, we take these realities as fact and live in the light of them. We come to know that we are above our enemies and refuse to walk in the flesh realm but take our place in Christ in the spirit realm.

No longer will faith be a struggle, but a normal living in the realm of God. The spiritual realm places man where communion with God is a normal experience.

We are not going to grovel in the earthly realm, but we are seated in the heavenly places with the Lord. Every Believer has the right, authority, and ability to minister out of the throne room just as Jesus did.

"Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. To this end I also labor, striving according to His working which works in me mightily" - (Colossians 1:28-29).

Scripture Of The Day - Salvation From Lesser Things

Philippians 3:7-9 - "But whatever was to my profit I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. What is more, I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in him."

Observation:

AT SOME POINT I HAVE TO CEASE BEING A SPIRITUAL ENCYCLOPEDIA (THAT IS, COLLECTING MORE FACTS, OPINIONS, ILLUSTRATIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS, AND THEN PRESENTING THEM AS MY FAITH).

I MAKE A QUALITY DECISION TODAY TO TURN MYSELF OVER TO GOD, SUBMIT TO HIS TRAINING AND BREAKING, SO THAT HE CAN DISCARD ALL THAT HINDERS ME FROM SEEING CHRIST AS HE IS ......IN GOD'S EYES. MY ONLY HOPE FOR SALVATION FROM LESSER THINGS IS CHRIST ......A GREATER CHRIST THAN THE ONE I HAVE BEEN CONTENT WITH UNTIL NOW.

Hebrews 1:2,3 - "Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds. Who being the brightness of His glory, and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high."

SEEKING THE EXPERIENTAL

It's time we get hungry for a revelation of His glory in our lives. For too long we have disqualified the legitimacy of seeking the experiential with God for fear of being flaky. We are created in and for the realm of shekinah glory.

When we enter into this posture through Christ..."...the veil is removed. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit" (2 Corinthians 3:16-18).

OUR LIFE WATERED IN HIS GLORY

We are postured to behold the glory of God, the image of the invisible God (see Colossians 1:15). The more we dwell in His glory, the greater the revelation of His nature in our lives. It's through restored intimacy that we discover our truest nature in Him.

If we want to live in the experiential knowledge of the power of God, we have to posture ourselves in intimacy. There is no shortcut. Christ is the source. Just as in Genesis, where the mist watered the whole earth, so too He desires to continually water our life in His glory, nourishing our entire being, so that when we step into the world, they see His fiery glory on us.

Scripture of The Day - JOY OVER THE KINGDOM OF GOD

Matthew 13:44 - "The Kingdom of Heaven is like a treasure a man discovered in a field. In his excitement, he sold everything he owned to get enough money to buy the field - and get the treasure, too! "

What is this "Gospel of the Kingdom"? It is the whole message of Jesus Christ. It is more demanding, more fulfilling, and more holy and more powerful than the "gospel" of typical American Christianity.
According to Jesus, when anyone finds the kingdom of God, "for joy over it he goes and sells all". Once found, it must be sought first even before necessary food and clothing; and it is such a priceless treasure that one should rather suffer the loss of a hand or eye than lose the kingdom.

Mark 9:43,47 - "And if your hand causes you to sin, cut it off; it is better for you to enter life maimed than with two hands to go to hell. And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out; it is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into hell."

Scripture of the Day - FAITH IN GOD'S PROMISES

Hebrews 11:6 - "But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him."

All fear is rooted in the notion the God's promises won't come to pass. Fear of poverty is really fear that Philippians 4:19 (concerning God providing all my needs) won't work. Fear of sickness is really the fear that 1 Peter 2:24 (concerning God's promise to heal me) won't work.

Observation:

I know that God responds to my faith and not my fears.

As I hear God's Word and affirm it and meditate on it, day and night, faith will come.

Likewise, if I listen to and receive satan's word's which put me in doubt and unbelief, fear will be amplified in my life.

Since I have a choice -- I choose faith!

Scripture of The Day - PLACED IN ANOTHER WORLD

John 17:16,17 - "They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth."

We've been placed in another world; our citizenship is in heaven.

We are to live by heavenly principles, and one of those principles is that of framing our world with the word of God.

We don't confess what we don't have -- we confess what we desire to have.

We don't talk about what we can't do -- we talk about what we can do through Christ who strengthens us.

God has done His part -- He sent the sacrifice of Jesus, His Word, and the Holy Spirit.

AFFIRMATION:

The Holy Spirit indwells me, and I have God's word. I use it to frame my world.

Scripture Of The Day - Walking In The Faith Of God

Paul said in Galatians 2:20-21 (KJV), "I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me. I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain."

HOW DO WE WALK IN GOD'S FAITH?

In order to walk by this kind of faith, we need to inquire of the Holy Spirit. We need to rise above the current troubling situation, affirming and meditating on the scriptures that give us the Christ authority over the situation. Then we must listen and believe the answers He gives us, and meet Him there with belief and action. This opens us up to the impossible. Miracles happen in the impossible. Since God can believe in the impossible in all situations, we can too. This is the faith of God we need, to see miracles happen.

Hebrews 11:6 (NIV) says, "And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him."

Scripture of The Day - SNARED, TRAPPED, AND CAUGHT

Matthew 12:37 -
"For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned."

AFFIRMATIONS:

Today!... I make up my mind that I'm going to speak life to my situations and circumstances. I am going to the word of God to find out what He has to say about me and my situation, and I'm going to say what He says.

Today!... I curse the wrong words I've spoken over my life and begin to speak the words of life I'm supposed to speak.

Proverbs 6:2 - "You are snared (trapped) with the words of your lips, you are caught by the speech of your mouth."

Proverbs 18:21 - "Death and life are in the power of the tongue."
