Scripture Of The Day - Rise Up And Change The Culture

Ecclesiastes 3:11 - "He has made everything appropriate in its time. He has also set eternity in their heart..."

Literally everything we are walking through and have walked through is for a purpose that is forthcoming. God doesn't waste a thing. Each one of us is carrying a message and God has full intention to have it shared and heard at exactly the right moment. There is always a time for everything and a season for everything (Ecclesiastes 3:1).

God's assignments and plans ALWAYS involve risk, but God is at the helm and has already gone before us to prepare everything that we need when we get there. It's time to activate, motivate, equip, mobilize, take risks and stop living in fear.

There is a world full of people who are literally starving for truth and waiting for the Church, full of God's power, to rise up and change the culture and atmospheres.

Scripture Of The Day - Time For Resurrection

John 11:43 - "...He cried out with a loud voice, "Lazarus, come forth."

The things that you thought had died long ago; promises buried deep in you long ago -- some 5, even 10 years ago today -- He is calling life out. He is calling 'Lazarus' out of the tomb -- all the promises you thought had died. You thought it was past the time of resurrection possibility.

So say, 'Lazarus, come forth!' Jesus intentionally delayed His appearing past the fourth day to shatter their belief and stretch their faith out of the box that they had put God in. He is breaking off all the limitations, and breaking you out of all the boxes. He is breaking off every limitation you have ever placed on God.

When you thought it was too late for Jesus to show up and do what only He could do in this very divine moment, you're at the tomb of Lazarus. Everyone else around you thinks it's too late for you, too late for your promise -- but Jesus is walking in on the scene, in your very midst and He says to you "Why are you crying? Why are you sobbing?

Scripture Of The Day - The Call To Go Deeper

2 Corinthians 3:18 (TPT) - "We can all draw close to Him with the veil removed from our faces. And with no veil we all become like mirrors who brightly reflect the glory of the Lord Jesus. We are being transfigured into His very image as we move from one brighter level of glory to another. And this glorious transfiguration comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit."

We can all draw close to Him with the veil removed from our faces. We can no longer afford to disregard the call to go deeper or stay longer in His presence. THIS is how we move from glory to glory, and this is how we have the ability and strength to let go of the old to make room for the new.

We can live from the deep wells of the Holy Spirit within us and not from what worked in the past or how we think things could look now. We do not live from yesterday's manna, "...but on every word that comes from the mouth of God" (Matthew 4:4). In His presence, sharing His heartbeat and knowing His very words, you will find new garments for your destiny!

When you prophesy over yourself or others (Ezekiel 37:1-10), always prophesy the NEW, and stop expecting it to look like it used to! Anything that would hold you back from the kind of Kingdom life that pushes toward your destiny in Christ is restrictive and has come to the end of its season.

Scripture Of The Day - Stretching Our Vision

Romans 12:2 (TPT) - "Stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you, but be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. This will empower you to discern God's will as you live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in His eyes."

The mind of the Body of Christ is the wineskin that must now become new to contain His new wine. The mind must be renewed and refashioned to withstand the challenges of the new season in order to rightly comprehend and process God's purpose for our life. The mind must be rewired to receive and accept a fresh spiritual dynamic intended to take us into a new dimension of God's glory.

The old wineskin is one of fear, lack, and limitation. The old is characterized by small-mindedness, religious mindsets bound to control, and un-Christlike attitudes devoid of God's love and compassion.

New levels and new dimensions of glory await those willing to make necessary changes. Let's stretch our vision in this hour to see something more marvelous than we have seen previously.

Scripture Of The Day - Moving To The Next Level

Revelation 3:8 - " I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut."

The key is seeing the door and walking through it by "His faith" -- He is the author and finisher of our faith...real faith; faith that comes by hearing and hearing His Word.

There are other things that we are embracing in our hearts and minds which are displacing the fullness that must be in place to confess in full faith. We must believe for fresh grace to put our house in order and see ourselves as separated unto God and aligning spirit, soul and body to Him and confessing the same.

Our words are manifesting doors before our eyes. Our tongues are the rudders of the ship, or in this case, the framing of our house.

We are entering a time of birthing new revelation with regards to our calling in Christ. In this time of waiting, groaning and anticipating we rest in our trust in Him who is faithful.

Scripture Of The Day - Going Up The Mountain

Joshua 10:12,13 - "Joshua said to the LORD in the presence of Israel: 'Sun, stand still over Gibeon...The sun stopped in the middle of the sky and delayed going down about a full day.'"

Maybe you've wanted to give up because no matter how hard you try, you still seem to feel powerless over taunts and attacks; living under the circumstances and not above them. This is where the sun stands still on your behalf! This is where you witness Almighty God fighting for you! There has been so much taunting and fear that has tried to keep you back, but this is your hour of victory in Jesus name!

This is a season that if you are intentional to GO UP the mountain and keep your gaze on Jesus, you will receive new perspective and vision. You will birth the assignment God has been waiting to give you.

The mountain is going to EQUIP you, EMPOWER you and ENERGIZE you to advance in God's purpose for your life in this season as well as SOAR above the noise that kept taking you out in the last season. Then you'll come down the mountain and RELEASE the mighty, new, thunderous sound into the earth!

Scripture Of The Day - Advancing Forward

Esther 4:14 - "... and who knows whether you are come to the kingdom for such a time as this."

You were made for such a time as this. You have become completely unafraid of what man might say. You will release a trailblazing fire behind you as you advance forward. You have hung onto the thread of the hem of His garment with all that you have left, and this was the best place to be. You have chosen to remain with God and haven't let Him go.

You are about to enter a time where you will find rest and ease, as well as receive the promises that God has for you. Be positioned correctly, in full humility before God, to receive all that will be released to you through the wind of His glory. Shake off that dust, for now, all your ashes will be turned into beauty and your mourning will turn into joy.

You are like a tree planted by the streams that bears fruit in its due time. It's now time to go be all that God created you to be.

Scripture Of The Day - Embracing His Dew Of Refreshing

Isaiah 30:15 - "In quietness and confidence shall be your strength."

Dew is released when all is still. Rest occurs when we enter into God's purpose for our life.

If we will get still before the Lord, we will receive the revelation and strategy to move forward out of the hassles, anxieties and warfare that have sapped our strength in the past season. "But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31).

As we get quiet and rest before the Lord, we are in a much better position to hear and understand the strategy of our next step. In the process, His dew of refreshing can fall on our lives and bring new levels of strength that will move us forward. "His heavens shall also drop dew... Your enemies shall submit to you, and you shall tread down their high places" (Deuteronomy 33:28-29).

Scripture Of The Day - Casting Our Way Of Thinking Outside Of The Norm

John 21:6 - "And He said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes."

It's time to cast our nets – our way of thinking – outside of the norm and into the realm where the FAITH OF JESUS exists (Romans 3:22; Galatians 2: 20 KJV; Ephesians 3:12). We purposefully go deep in the waters with the Holy Spirit until we perceive the LORD is in our midst and receive His mind and HIS faith about the situation!

Are you struggling financially? Cast your net into the TRUTH that God wants to bless you abundantly, to prosper you and multiply what you have for the Kingdom! Maybe you think that it's your own fault for poor management and bad decisions. God is good, and He has resources beyond your natural thinking.

When Peter was asked about paying taxes, Jesus told him to go fishing and there would be a coin in the fish's mouth! (Matthew 17:27)

Scripture Of The Day - Developing A Standing Firm Consciousness

Galatians 6:9 (TPT), "And don't allow yourselves to be weary or disheartened in planting good seeds, for the season of reaping the wonderful harvest you've planted is coming!"

The Lord is encouraging you to not grow weary but to continue on in faith, knowing He is faithful, for your season of harvest is ahead. According to Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 we know that God ordains times and seasons in our lives.

The Lord is reminding you of past victories where you have seen Him move on your behalf. You will see His goodness abound in your life and you will testify of His awesome faithfulness. Rejoice in God who holds all things in His hands and from whom all good things come.

Continue to stand firm as the Lord is using all you have been through and all you are going through to build and increase you in revelation and understanding concerning advancing in His purpose for your life.

Psalm 27:13 - "I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of God in the LORD in the land of the living."

Scripture Of The Day - Reasoning

Genesis 3:11 - "And He said, Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten of the tree of which I commanded you that you should not eat?"

By taking the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, they found a source of the knowledge of right and wrong outside of God. This can be identified as the principle of reasoning.

They no longer needed the wisdom of God; They could govern themselves according to their sense of right and wrong. This is why God questioned them "who told you?"

They replaced obedience with reasoning.

Scripture Of Living - Intentional Walk

Psalm 91:10 - "Because you have made the Lord your dwelling place—the Most High, who is my refuge —no evil shall be allowed to befall you, no plague come near your tent."

To be intentional means to have a purpose in doing what we are doing. It also means we should have a specific goal (outcome) in mind when we do something. The need for increased spiritual warfare in this season goes without saying in light of what the enemy is trying to do with sickness, disease, and fear in all the world.

We MUST enter into a season of contemplative and intentional prayer, and that being passive is not getting us anywhere. Be more intentional and encourage others to do the same, and the Lord would meet us at that point. Being intentional in this season is our agreement with God that we want what He wants.

God wants to do amazing things in our midst! It is time for us to lay down our complacency, open our eyes and ears, and step up into living in His purpose for our life! This should not be a sacrifice for us, but an honor! He is saying, "I won't force Myself on you. I am asking for us to do this together!" What an honor and opportunity that the God of the Universe is welcoming us to be a part of the next great move of the Holy Spirit!

Scripture Of The Day - Have The "God Kind" of Courage

Jeremiah 51:38, "They shall roar together like lions: they shall yell as lions' whelps."

Being a child of the Most High provides you with the power, authority, and jurisdiction to restrain all the limited powers of the devil. Use the power of the Blood of Jesus to come against the strategies of the evil one.

Not only will you roar, but you will roar as a son or daughter of the Lion of the Tribe of Judah! Roar, even when you feel like crying! Have the "God kind" of courage to laugh loudly when all Hell has broken loose in your life. You've already won. Roar not only this year but throughout this decade!

Scripture Of The Day - Breaking Through An Obstruction

2 Samuel 5:20 - "So David came to Baal-perazim and defeated them there; and he said, 'The LORD has broken through my enemies before me like the breakthrough of waters.'"

God is the God of the breakthrough, but He uses our hands. A breakthrough is an act or point of breaking through an obstruction or defensive line; it is an important advance in knowledge or achievement. Breakthrough happens when we take the first offensive step against the barriers in our life. Spiritual breakthroughs come to those who persevere before the throne of grace in faith.

"You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you; and light will shine on your ways" (Job 22:28).

Are you in need of a breakthrough? A prophetic decree is an authoritative "now" word that unlocks the supernatural and causes a shift to take place. When we decree something, we are making a declaration that has the weight of Kingdom authority behind it.

Scripture Of The Day - Service With Purpose Affirms Identity

Luke 1:26,28 - "And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee named Nazareth. And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail thou art highly favored, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women."

When God chose to bring the Messiah through the virgin Mary, He sent Gabriel the angel to bring the message. When the apostle Paul was about to suffer shipwreck, an angel of the Lord told him what would happen. On numerous occasions throughout scripture angels did what God could have done easily Himself.

But why didn't God do those things Himself?

For the same reason He doesn't preach the gospel: He has chosen to let His creation enjoy the privilege of service in His kingdom. Service with purpose affirms identity.

A Godly self-esteem is derived from doing "those things that please Him". And true service is an overflow of worship. We always become like the one we worship. How could He want anything more for us than that?

Scripture Of The Day - Ushering In Kingdom Reality

John 14:12 - "“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father."

Many Believers think miracles and power are for extra special anointed people of God. Many get hung up on the idea that Jesus did miracles as God, not man. He said of Himself in John 5:19, "The Son can do nothing of Himself." He had set aside His divinity. He did miracles as man in right relationship with God because He was setting forth a model for us -- something for us to follow.

If He did miracles as God, we would all be extremely impressed, but we would have no compulsion to emulate Him. But when we see that God has commissioned us to do what Jesus did—and more—then we realize that He put self-imposed restrictions on Himself to show us we could do it, too. Jesus lived in constant confrontation and conflict with the world around Him, because Kingdom logic goes against carnal logic.

This is a good time to ask yourself, are you living in conflict with this world? Are you bringing the reality of Heaven, not just the doctrine of Heaven, to your neighbors or co-workers? How is your life contradicting the way life works for most people in your city? How are you ushering in Kingdom reality wherever you go?

Scripture Of The Day - Embracing The Spirit Of Sonship

Romans 8:15 - "The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by Him we cry, 'Abba, Father.'"

God's intention for His people is that we receive the spirit of sonship which convinces us that we are sons and daughters of God, fully accepted in the beloved, prepared and equipped for the greatest move on Earth!

If the mind is not guarded it will easily be infiltrated by fear, doubt, and unbelief. These are the fruits of an orphan spirit. The Orphan Spirit Breeds: Insecurity that convinces you that you are not worthy and therefore don't belong, doubt and unbelief that convinces you things will never change, fear of taking the risk to believe and therefore act, and if you do, you will be making a mistake, and fear of man that says "you are not good enough" and convinces you to stay hidden.

It's time to forcefully resist the lies of the enemy, know that we are fully accepted in the Beloved and move out in the power of His might.
