Are intelligently designed experiments using already present features in already-existing bacteria and viruses really examples of molecules-to-man evolution?

Since evolution isn't about the origin of life, no. And of course, humans evolved from other primates, not molecules.

But all valid scientific experiments are intelligently-designed. If not, one wouldn't be testing a hypothesis.

And of course, evolution never makes anything de novo; it's always a modification of something already there.

The question assumes a number of misconceptions about the world and evolution.
