Well whatever the reason is getting a new television set at the end of the week anyways. I was just really curious to what the cause was is all.

I have bought remotes to control my,vcr,tv and xfinity box.these come with a sheet of codes,program yours stuff and it works .

It not a locking code ,so if you,have two tbs with the same code a remote will operate both .I,also had small 13 inch rca with the same code as a much newer one and would use that remote to control both .

I don't even have regular TV anymore because nobody in this house really watched it and the cable bill was just getting to be too much so I only watch streaming, DVD's, and Blu-Ray now. I think that's where the future is headed anyways though.

Does the volume go up during commercials? This is by design. Commercials are frequently recorded/played at higher volume. See if your TV controls have volume leveling. Usually found in Audio settings.

What's wrong with SpongeBob? :wink Anyways, I don't watch a whole lot of television shows anymore but I love America's Got Talent and Naruto. They're my two favorites that come to the top of my head. :biggrin

I forgot to add: The Orville....I'll look into Naruto....is it Anime? I watch some Anime.........what was the one with the kid with the blue arrow on his head? We used to watch that one with our son.

I forgot to add Doctor Who as Michael started getting me think about it. Anyways, yes, Naruto is an anime. Some Christians might find it contriversal though because the main character is basically possessed by a demon. He learns to control it later on, but it's sort of like Japanese Harry Potter. It even shares some similarities with it so I'm not sure how you are with that kind of stuff.
