fri - salmon fillets pan roasted on a bed of finely chopped broccoli tomatoes onions and peanut oil - the oil and veggie bed keeps the fish from sticking to the cast iron fry pan - cast iron cooking is an excellent way to get natural usable iron into our diet - dessert - whipping cream and berries with dark chocolate shavings
we eat keto and kosher - and we are doing the no meat fast for saving unborn babies wed and fri
