A prayer request for a currently silent member of the Body of Christ.
Father, we come before You, into Your throneroom together in the Name of Jesus thankful for your Grace. Thank you for being our loving God and for being our Helper and for drawing us closer to You.
Lord, As she sets herself aside for a period of time to seek you even more fully we ask that you constantly remind her and bring her to You in prayer. That she become Your tent and that a zeal of Your House consume her - drawing her more and more to prayer with You.
She asks that she be able to set herself aside and to this I add my thought, Daddy, Father, My Lord: That she not be allowed to consider herself less worthy than she does others (because that's her habit -- to think she is something less) but don't allow this. Jesus, I'm asking that she be given a balanced scale. That the 2nd Greatest Commandment become that She loves HERSELF even as she loves others --- that she also knows that she is to love others as herself too - but that the inverse (speaking logically, heheheh) is also true. That she is as valuable to You and any other and not one little bit less of worth or value in Your sight as any. So, I'm asking specifically that You continually show her how very much you love and delight in her specifically.
Further Lord, as she responds to Your leading and drawing her toward You, that You also honor your promise that You draw close to her. That she grow in grace and in peace and that she can focus on the garden You have planted her in, that she can be given victory against Your enemies who may wish to attack her because they hate You and that her love and relationship with you be further sanctified and established for Your glory.
Make it very clear Lord. Show her Your will for her and honor the sacrifice You have lead her to make. Cause her to understand her purpose and Your purpose for her as well. Bind up the wounds that she has suffered in the past from unscrupulous men and cause her to be healed in marvelous ways. Asking in the Name that is above every other Name, the Name of our Christ, Jesus the Messiah, Lord of all.
