Yes, and also when you're guilty and know God has forgiven you.
In Christ, even the things we were guilty of are forgiven. Going to God in everything cleans even a guilty conscience in our spiritual walk.
Psa 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

Php 3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
