Okay so after the chequered career of the carving pumpkin video, here's something different:

Up here at Tim Horton's, in Canada, they are now selling pumpkin flavored tea.

My wife, who loves pumpkins, was amazed.

I guess I was, too.

Anything to drum up some more business in fall, I guess...

So, has anyone tasted pumpkin flavored tea?

It would make for an interesting extra flavor at a church pizza supper, I guess...

Blessings.

I'm not too big on the pumpkin tea, but apple and cinnamon tea seems to be in high demand! Ohhh and the things McDonalds and Starbucks are putting out. Pumpkin flavored this, and pumpkin flavored that! My daughter paid 5 bucks for one of those drinks last year and then decided she didn't like it. Ironically, not only did she leave it on the kitchen counter for us to throw away (typical kid), but she needed to borrow 5 bucks for gas! Ha!

Yes, well up here I only just noticed the pumpkin flavored tea this week....

Blessings.

If I'd cut or shred a pumpkin into very small pieces and make tea from that, would that work? I'll try tomorrow.

My mother likes to make pumpkin jelly, often in combination with other fruits. She never fails to bring a glass whenever my parents come to visit. Right now I have a glass of mom-made pumpkin + passion fruit jelly. Haven't tried it yet. The last one (pumpkin + apricot) was amazing.

Not sure; maybe in Canada it's a Tim Horton's secret ingredient! :)
