Genesis 8.22 says:

'While the earth remaineth, seed time and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.'

Up here in Canada, the '...and cold...' part is happening: approx. minus 30C windchill tonight... :)

The Lord is faithful.

Blessings.

it's always cold in winter here in Finland but now, it's +celicuis here. Usually at this time year it's -20-30 and in the north it's -20-40

Currently here (at noon) it is -23 F. (-31 C) with -52 F. (-47 C) wind chill.

Yea I have read news and it said that U.S. is coldest in 20 years. We laughed here at home when watching interviews of citizen of U.S. it seems that most people aren't used to COLD and SNOW! We found that funny because it's USUAL here in finland

I know what you mean. Listening to the news even here in Minneapolis/St. Paul one gets the impression this is totally unheard of. The reality is, the Twin Cities is in southern MN and rarely experiences weather like we do in the northern half of the state. To us, this is just another day on the beach and because the beach is frozen it is a great time to go ice fishing!!! Ye-Haw!

...but don't you see that when politicians and their media friends want to put up taxes they keep talking about global warming?

The only thing they had in common was that they were both fighting the Red Army; Finland because Stalin had attacked it; Germany because Hitler had attacked the Soviet Union....

(But I guess we digress...)

exactly. you've studied finnish history?

Oh, a smattering...

The reason we got into this was because it's cold.... :)

(Uncle Joe wasn't nice to the Finns, either...But the Americans and the British decided they had to go along with being nice to Uncle Joe for the duration of World War Two.)

Ever eat ice cream too fast and suffer from brain freeze? Well......
:cool

Where I live in Florida, USA, yes, it's been 25 years since it snowed here. and then and even just recently with the ice, bridges were closed. We just had a little bitty bit of ice, just a little bit of ice and it seemed the whole city closed down just about. We don't do ice and snow here very well. Hahaha
