Hope – by God's Child

Look around in awe
At the marvelous,
Perfect forms from God
Molded without flaw
And in the midst of it all
You and I stand,
Lost and stranded
Without hope
Filled with anguish
But there is hope after all
In this cruel world
Hope for the young,
Hope for the old,
Hope for the rich,
Even for the poor
Call on His name
And he will be
Right at your side
To take away the pain
Just call on His name

This poem is ok. I find the rhyming pattern is a little forced. You should work on the flow of the poem. The message is good, and easily stated.

This line really buggs me. Try This :

Call on His name
And he will be
Right at your side
To wash away the tears
For our hope is in the Lord.

Or just try to present it less clicky - The_Chaser
