I will address the question of whether the universe really is as big as is often claimed. The short answer is, yes, the universe most certainly is that large.

I like my dad's way of putting it. The universe is infinite (limitless) in the physical sence, but it's still finite (has limitations) compared to the spiritual realm. Though I think my dad and I think differently on the concept of heaven, I think we both agree that God's spiritual realm is much bigger then the physical universe. Even if the universe can stretch on forever.
