In my humble opinion, the Holy Spirit is spirit and has no gender. The article was about my imagination. I know Christ said the Holy Spirit was like the wind, but sometimes I like to imagine something else. When people draw pictures they use their imagination. Also, I believe even the Bible uses the image of a dove to help us imagine the Holy Spirit.

I found this article which discusses the pros and cons of imagination. It might interest you.

Imagination & Scripture

The nature of all three is male.also eve was made from,Adam not from,God .

Eve was made from Adam, not from God?

Brother, Adam was made from the dust of the earth.

Eve was formed from Adam, who was made from the dust of the earth.

Both Adam and Eve were created in the image of God.

Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Genesis 1:26-27

Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness;

The word for man, is adam, which can refer to Adam himself, or mankind. The context dictates the usage.

Example:

He created them male and female, and blessed them and called them Mankind in the day they were created. Genesis 5:2

The context refers to “them” or “they”, so adam is rendered
Mankind. We see the reference to male and female so we know both were created in the framework “of His image”.

We see this in Genesis 1:27 -

So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.

  • male and female He created them.

I think we can agree that the scripture plainly says both male and female were created by God; Elohim ie. The Godhead.

Do you believe Eve, who was created by Elohim, was created in the image of God?

Your missing my,point .if the Holy,GHost is a lady ,then where exactly is the role .Adam was made without eve.jesus a miracle .without eve ,Adam would still live ,God choose to make eve for Adam.in this case the female is the role of a help meet.

is the Holy spirit lower on the trinity.
You can't ignore the commands given only,to men the bible.to lead the house ,guide it.their are assigned roles in marriage .the relationship of the three persons in the Godhead,Father ,Son,Holy ghost .each co equal,co eternal,co omnipotent,co omnipresent. The Son was birthed ,nor was the Father married .

The fact God made eve isn't my point but to show that he made the woman to be a help, meet.not the head of the family .Gods nature of masculinity doesn't include the idea of lack of emotion, tenderness.

We distort the role of men to odd things and women. I mentioned Adam being first because he alone is the reason sin is.he am one is why jesus came to be the second Adam.he alone is why God choose to curse more for his son because he wasn't deceived . Paul mentions this for a reason .women are more emotional .

You can't call any of the God head a female.it changes what the God head is and also why He revealed the God head as male only.

I,suggest reading up on the oftem violent cultures under Dionysus,Aphrodite, and other fertility gods. Very cruel, often involving human sacrifice ,sexual deviant acts.me thibks God showing himself to the Hebrews and the noachides it was to show much different of a just ,Holy God and mercy.

You must and can't ignore that context .the revelation isn't changeable after the cross but completed.

I guess marriage must be included.

For this reason, shall a man cleave unto his wife and leave his father and mother and twain, shall become one.

The cleave here deserves another thread as we as a whole don't actually honor it like we should . the idea is a union of a single body made from two, each half complemehting each other.not as one superior ,inferior as it has been distorted but equals with the male to lead according His vision .

I'm not going to go into the modern feminism and how that has damaged this or how men years ago played women for his needs.neither is of God . again another thread .

The idea of female implies mother hood, nurturing and caring only like God made it . the current world is radically, different then what God made.for their is neither marriage given or taken ,we shall be like the angels in the new age .

The Holy Spirit is the helper.

The Holy Spirit leads us into all truth.

Those are just some of the roles of the Spirit.

Can you answer my question?

Was Eve created in the image of God?

Is the Son “lower” that the Father?

You have heard Me say to you, ‘I am going away and coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said, I am going to the Father,’ for My Father is greater than I. John 14:28

I agree.

Who begets, the father or mother?

Is a child born from the mother or father?

The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”John 3:8

Yes in the age to come we will be like the angels in heaven.

At the same time, there will be a marriage supper of the Lamb.

In addition, Isaiah says He shall be called everlasting Father.

The question is this:

Who are His Father and Mother He leaves, to be joined to His wife, the Church?

“For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church.
Ephesians 5:31-32

I'm always using my imagination when I'm reading scripture as it plays in my head like a movie. Even being outside in nature I see God (not literally) in many things of His creation and imagine the wind as the Holy Spirit whispering to me. Imagination is a good thing when it draws us closer to God as I see nothing wrong with it. It's like a tool the Holy Spirit gives me for understanding.
