"A real sorrow here in my city. An "amber alert" went out two nights ago over the television cell phones and computers... a child had been abducted by her father and her life was in danger. The alert was cancelled when they found the child. But the little girl had been killed by her own father. He was apprehended on a tip from the amber alert.
Amidst all this hundreds of people called the police to complain about the alert disrupting their sleep. I fear for a society that is this appallingly selfish.
Pray for this little's girl's mother and family... our whole community... God have mercy on us all. "
